★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os biquínis até são bonitos, mas o atendimento e a organização da loja são péssimos, a vendedora simplesmente ignorou minha existência, fiquei sozinha tentando procurar minha numeração pq estava tudo misturado, e quando precisei de ajuda a vendedora procurou por 3 minutos e simplesmente foi fazer outra coisa me deixando sozinha.
The bikinis are pretty, but the service and organization of the store are terrible, the salesperson simply ignored my existence, I was alone trying to look for my number because everything was mixed up, and when I needed help the salesperson searched for 3 minutes and simply went to do it another thing leaving me alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei um biquíni dia 05/11 com prazo de entrega para 11/11.
Na ocasião a vendedora me perguntou se eu tinha alguma viagem, expliquei que não e então a entrega ficou pra uma semana.
Dia 13/11 fui à loja retirar e o biquíni não estava pronto. A vendedora disse que eu deveria aguardar WhatsApp confirmando a retirada (expliquei que prazo é prazo, mas entendi que ficar ali reclamando não resolveria o problema)
Cheguei em casa bastante incomodada com o atraso e principalmente com o atendimento pós venda (“ah atrasou…estamos com muitas encomendas” como se isso fosse um problema meu.)
Fiz um comentário no Instagram e a loja APAGOU o comentário!
Ou seja, só aceitam elogios, críticas não são bem vindas (sobretudo qdo é uma falha deles)
E se o atraso tinha sido apenas uma experiência ruim, o fato de apagarem o comentário me deu a certeza que isso diz muito sobre a índole da loja.
NÃO RECOMENDO.
I ordered a bikini on 11/5 with a delivery date of 11/11.
At the time, the seller asked me if I had a trip, I explained that I didn't and then the delivery took a week.
On 11/13 I went to the store to pick it up and the bikini wasn't ready. The seller said that I should wait for WhatsApp to confirm the withdrawal (I explained that the deadline is, but I understood that staying there complaining would not solve the problem)
I arrived home quite uncomfortable with the delay and especially with the after-sales service ("ah, it's late...we have a lot of orders" as if this were my problem.)
I made a comment on Instagram and the store DELETED the comment!
In other words, they only accept praise, criticism is not welcome (especially when it's their fault)
And if the delay had just been a bad experience, the fact that the comment was deleted made me sure it says a lot about the store's nature.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Havia uma variedade bastante grande de modelos e estampas na loja. Atendimento muito simpático, mas infelizmente não encontrei o que procurava para pronta entrega. Eles fazem sob medida, mas como estava com um pouco de pressa, encontrei o que precisava em outra loja. Certamente voltarei, quando tiver com mais tempo disponível.
There was quite a wide variety of models and prints in the store. Very friendly service, but unfortunately I didn't find what I was looking for for prompt delivery. They are custom made, but as I was in a bit of a hurry, I found what I needed at another store. I will definitely come back when I have more time.

Porém o tamanho veio diferente, na loja constatamos que não há um padrão , o G pode ser um M e o M pode ser um G, isso após 17 dias para entrega. A atendente trouxe vários biquínis e nenhum tinha um padrão de tamanho, a mesma disse que os tamanhos diferentes se deviam a etiqueta errada. O que demonstra um amadorismo absurdo e completa falta de respeito com o consumidor.
My wife bought a bikini, had it made. But the size came different, in the store we found that there is no pattern, the G can be an M and the M can be a G, after 17 days for delivery. The attendant brought several bikinis and none had a standard size, she said that the different sizes were due to the wrong label. Which demonstrates an absurd amateurism and complete lack of respect for the consumer.
