Tenho um forno elétrico Brastemp Ative, o mesmo parou de funcionar ao usá-lo por mais de 5 horas seguidas. Antes de levar para arrumar, eu fiz algumas pesquisas e verifiquei que é comum esse forno da Brastemp desligar automaticamente quando há super aquecimento e que o mesmo volta funcionar após algumas horas. No meu caso, o forno ficou com o painel todo apagado por mais de uma semana e não voltou funcionar. Eu até testei em uma tomada diferente, mas não dava sinal de vida. Então levei o forno para a assistência , expliquei o que havia ocorrido e deixei para fazer o orçamento. Após um dia recebi a informação que o forno não tinha defeito e que estava funcionando perfeitamente. Fiquei surpreso com a honestidade da empresa, pois atualmente muitas empresas querem trocar até peças que estão boas.
Reforço que recomendo a empresa, não era cliente dessa empresa mas certamente agora sou.

I have a Brastemp Activa electric oven, it stopped working when I used it for more than 5 hours straight. Before taking it away, I did some research and found that it is common for this Brastemp oven to switch off automatically when there is overheating and that it comes back on after a few hours. In my case, the oven had the entire panel off for over a week and it didn't work again. I even tested it on a different outlet, but it showed no sign of life. So I took the oven to the assistance, explained what had happened and left it to do the budget. After a day I received the information that the oven was not defective and that it was working perfectly. I was surprised with the honesty of the company, as nowadays many companies want to exchange even parts that are good.
I recommend the company, I wasn't a client of that company but I certainly am now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo profissionalismo,você marca um dia eles não vem não ligam para avisar nada,não recomendo ainda mais se você estiver precisando de um serviço com urgência não recomendo.
Bad professionalism, you book one day they don't come, they don't call to tell you anything, I don't recommend it even more if you are in need of a service urgently, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei forno elétrico para orçamento, sendo que antes tinha aberto o forno e não tinha nada quebrado a vista... ligarão passado valor$250,00. Retirei produto ao chegar em casa surpresa, peça visivel quebrada... levei em uma autorizada falou que é impossível quebra está peça é mesmo assim trocando o que estava realmente quebrando é possível peça que quebraram.... ficou em $120,00. Falta de respeito total.
I left electric oven for budget, being that before had opened the oven and had nothing broken the view ... will call past $ 250.00 value. I removed product when I got home surprise, visible piece broken ... I took in an authorized said that it is impossible to break this piece is still exchanging what was really breaking is possible piece that broke .... was $ 120.00. Lack of total respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo fortemente. Minha lava-louças apresentou problema de funcionamento e deixei-a para ser reparada. Após duas semanas nas mãos dos técnicos e exaustivamente testada fui informado que a maquima não tinha nada. Eles aproveitaram para dar uma limpeza na caixa da bóia e colar a borracha de vedação da tampa que estava solta. Não me cobraram nada. Nos dias de hoje, em que a honestidade parece ser algo questionável em qualquer lugar, acho que vale ressaltar o valor que essa empresa preza. Parabéns a todos profissionais. Podem ter certeza que o retorno para uma atitude dessa é maior do que se possa imaginar.
I strongly recommend. My dishwasher malfunctioned and I left it to be repaired. After two weeks in the hands of technicians and exhaustively tested I was informed that the machine had nothing. They took the opportunity to clean the float box and glue the rubber sealing the lid that was loose. They didn't charge me anything. In this day and age, where honesty seems to be something that is questionable anywhere, I think it's worth emphasizing the value this company values. Congratulations to all professionals. You can be sure that the return for such an attitude is greater than you can imagine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento em si foi ótimo, porém me cobraram 120,00 reais para trocar o fusível e o micro interruptor de segurança da porta, até aí caro mas ok. Menos de 1 mês depois o micro ondas parou de funcionar, desmontei e vi que haviam trocado apenas dois micro interruptores, liguei para eles dizendo que tinha urgência do microondas e disseram que teria que deixar lá de 1 dia para o outro, sendo que da primeira vez arrumaram em 40min.

The service itself was great, but I was charged 120.00 reais to change the fuse and the micro safety switch on the door, until then expensive but ok. Less than 1 month later the microwave stopped working, I disassembled it and saw that they had only changed two microswitches, I called them saying that there was an urgent need for the microwave and they said I would have to leave it there overnight, the first one time they fixed it in 40 minutes.
I never take anything there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço altíssimo !!!! A peça pela internet custa R$9.90 e me cobraram R$140,00 a troca da mesma.
Serviço de 15 minutos no máximo o técnico já estava fazendo o recibo para eu pagar nem sequer testou eu que tive que testar na frente dele.
Deixaram a tampa do fogão torta, mal colocada, solicitei o retorno do técnico para que arrumassem o que o técnico deixou mal instalado e até o momento não apareceram (isso faz dias)
