Solicitei uma internet de fibra para casa de minha sogra, disserem que colocariam uma provisopro e em ate 21 dias instalaria a fibra.
Agora cortaram a internet de minha sogra, pois faz mais de um mĂȘs que nem instalam a fibra, nem mandaram nenhum boleto para pagamento....
PĂ©ssimo atendimento e compromisso com o cliente.

â â â â â Bem simplesmente eu me arrependi de ter contratado seus serviços , pois vocĂȘs oferecem um serviço ate legal , por um tempo depois , Ă© uma desgraça , se ficar nublado a internet caiu, se chover aĂ que fica ruim pq vcs demoram uma eternidade pra consertar, ent me digam por que vocĂȘs oferecem um serviço bom no inĂcio sendo que vocĂȘs n mantĂ©m esse serviço, essa noite minha internet caiu e olhe que nem estava nublado, jĂĄ sĂŁo 08:50 da manhĂŁ e a internet caiu ontem Ă s 21:00 e vocĂȘs ainda n vinheram consertar.
Quem estiver vendo isso e estiver pensando em contratar a sol Net , pesquise outras empresas pois essa daqui fracasso demais com seus clientes.

â â â â â Nova localização da SOLNET, Ă© mais ampla porĂ©m o atendimento ao cliente continua com o mesmo tamanho de espaço que tinha no prĂ©dio anterior. A rua Ă© bem esquisita, num passa um pĂ© de gente. Atendimento excelente como sempre.
