Encontramos um número de celular e quando entramos em contato eles informaram que houve um erro no registro e foi marcado que nós que iríamos retirar a peça. Eu só fechei com eles, porque confirmaram que buscavam e depois entregavam as peças lavadas.
Foi a primeira vez que enviamos um peça para lavar com eles e ficamos insatisfeitos.
We asked to remove a duvet for washing in August. More than 30 days have passed and they still haven't delivered. Also, their phone doesn't complete the call.
We found a cell phone number and when we contacted them they informed us that there was an error in the registration and it was marked that we were going to remove the part. I only closed with them, because they confirmed that they were looking for and then delivered the washed items.
It was the first time we sent a piece to wash with them and we were dissatisfied.
