★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento dessa imobiliária é péssimo. E a Solange não responde, parece não querer alugar o imóvel dos proprietários. Ela pega o imóvel pra divulgar. E não responde os clientes o interessados.
Queridos proprietários coloquem seus imóveis em outras imobiliária, não deixem seus imóveis na Solange Franco. Ela não tem interesse de trabalhar e alugar o imóvel. Nunca atendem o telefone nem na loja nem o celular. Descaso total.
Estou exatamente hoje há um mês tentando alugar um imóvel que está exclusivo com essa imobiliária. E não indico ninguém a contactar ela.
Espalhem em todas as redes sociais o quão péssimo é o atendimento dela.
The service of this realtor is terrible. And Solange doesn't respond, she doesn't seem to want to rent the property from the owners. She takes the property to publicize. And it doesn't respond to customers or interested parties.
Dear owners, put your properties in other real estate, don't leave your properties in Solange Franco. She has no interest in working and renting the property. They never answer the phone either at the store or their cell phone. Total neglect.
I've been trying to rent a property that is exclusive to this real estate agent for exactly a month today. And I don't recommend anyone to contact her.
