Disorganized. I called there on Monday and scheduled a service for Thursday afternoon. I called Thursday afternoon to confirm and to my surprise I had nothing written down. I lost my time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei satisfeito com o serviço. Atendimento correto e bom preço. O único porém é que o tempo esperado para instalação da película de insulfilme no meu carro era de 2 horas e na verdade demorou 3 horas.
I was pleased with the service. Correct service and good price. The only drawback is that the expected time to install the film in my car was 2 hours and it actually took 3 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetentes. Funcionários mal educados e mal treinados. Insulfim mal instalado, cheio de bolhas e riscos. Fui reclamar e um funcionário riu de forma debochada. Arrancaram a película protetiva da mídia do meu carro sem minha autorização. Enfim, tive uma péssima experiência com a empresa. Não recomendo.
Incompetent. Rude and poorly trained employees. Insulin badly installed, full of bubbles and scratches. I went to complain and an employee laughed mockingly. They removed the protective film from the media in my car without my authorization. Anyway, I had a bad experience with the company. I do not recommend.
