★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo!!! comprei um sofá no dia 09/12 a entrega veio no último dia do prazo mais trouxeram errado, depois na sexta feira 18/12 o entregador ligou 19:40 dizendo que estava na minha casa com o sofá, Eu estava no mercado hiper bom preço quando me ligaram e disse que pegaria um uber pra ir pra minha casa e que eles esperassem um pouco, do nada o vendedor desliga na minha cara e fica totalmente arrogante, me prometeram entregar o sofá hoje 21/12 e até agora nada, sério gente não comprem nessa loja é um descaso total com o cliente e eles botam boneco pra devolver o dinheiro, vou por no decom e quero ver o que vai ser!!!!
 Terrible!!! I bought a sofa on 12/09 the delivery came on the last day of the deadline but they got it wrong, then on Friday 18/12 the deliveryman called 19:40 saying he was at my house with the sofa, I was in the hyper good price market when they called me and said they would get an uber to come to my house and they would wait for a while, the seller suddenly hangs up on me and is totally arrogant, they promised to deliver the couch today 12/21 and so far nothing, seriously people do not buy in this store is a total neglect with the customer and they put dolls to return the money, I will put it in the decom and I want to see what it will be !!!!

Bad experience not fulfilling what promises I had to pay someone to assemble my rack to take it out of the middle of the house….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei meio desconfiado de um vendedor que notoriamente cobrou um valor a mais em um fogão. A senhora foi lesada e ainda saiu se achando a tal.
I was a little suspicious of a salesman who notoriously overcharged a stove. The lady was injured and still came out thinking she was the one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma cama, paguei o frete, veio quebrada a base. Estou ligando e nao atende. Fui na loja o gerente prometeu fazer a troca da base no outro dia. Faz uma semana que espero.
Não comprem nessa budega.
Pessimo pós vendas.
O vendedor neh atende minhas ligações.
I bought a bed, paid the shipping, the base came broken. I'm calling and there's no answer. I went to the store and the manager promised to change the base the other day. I've been waiting a week.
Do not buy in this budega.
Very bad after sales.
The seller neh answers my calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepção total com essa loja, informa uma coisa no ato da compra mais na realidade e outra.
Quando comprei o produto falaram, que a entrega e montagem do produto era com 5 dias úteis e ja passa de 2 semana.
Total disappointment with this store, it says one thing at the time of purchase more in reality and another.
When I bought the product, they said that the delivery and assembly of the product was within 5 working days and now takes 2 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vendedora KELLY, nao cumpriu o prometido, informou que a entrega seria num dia, foi no outro, e a montagem também que foi prometida, disse que so seria feito 7 dias apos a entrega, pra completar, gritou comigo no telefone, e ainda me bloqueou. PIOR LOJA PRA SE COMPRAR , PIOR VENDEDORA !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda nem recebi o produto que comprei na loja mas já estou avaliando com uma estrela pois não tem como dar menos do que isso...
O vendedor garantiu a entrega do produto em. 1 a 3 dias; 3 dias se passaram e ao ligar para a loja o atendente não sabe informar que dia vai chegar ampliando o prazo para 7 dias...
Ficou repetindo que chegaria até sexta... Sem saber data exata da entrega nem nada...
Comprei uma cama pela internet na magazine Luiza e chegou em um dia! Recebi todas as informações pelo whatsapp e foi super tranquilo.

The seller guaranteed the delivery of the product in. 1 to 3 days; 3 days have passed and when calling the store, the attendant doesn't know what day it will arrive, extending the deadline to 7 days...
He kept repeating that he would arrive by Friday... Not knowing the exact date of delivery or anything...
I bought a bed online at Luiza magazine and it arrived in one day! I received all the information by whatsapp and it was super smooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de um armário de cozinha, me informaram que a entrega seria agendada que me ligariam. Estava no trabalho quando ligaram dizendo que já estavam trazendo porém não havia ninguém em casa então pedir que fossem no dia seguinte. O mesmo afirmou que iriam trazer no dia seguinte a tarde, passei o dia aguardando e nada liguei pra lá e me informaram que deu problema no caminhão e que no dia seguinte traziam até às 15 horas. Mais um dia aguardando e nada. Retornei a ligar e passaram a não atender minhas ligações e até agora terceiro dia de espera não me dão retorno

Another day waiting and nothing. I called again and they started not answering my calls and so far third day of waiting I have not received a response
