Não são capazes de compreender a inexperiência de clientes que tem piscina pela primeira vez, demoram para atender manutenções, são arrogantes com os clientes e apenas quando o cliente sobe o tom é atendido. Procuram sempre culpar os outros e não se mostram parceiros pra resolver problemas. Péssimos. Não recomendo!

They are not able to understand the inexperience of customers who have a pool for the first time, they take a long time to attend to maintenance, they are arrogant with customers and only when the customer raises the tone is he attended to. They always try to blame others and don't show themselves as partners to solve problems. Bad. I do not recommend!

Deixo aqui os parabéns a toda equipe, em especial ao Alex que vendeu a piscina, o Felipe sempre pronto a ajudar, o José que fez a alvenaria e é uma pessoa extremamente competente e educada, e por fim o pessoal que finalizou a instalação, que trabalhou sobre um mal tempo pois era época de chuvas.
Enfim, parabéns a todos e com certeza indicarei para quem pensar em instalar uma piscina ??
From the first contact with Solazer, I was very well attended and at all stages of the work the teams were very competent, and with an unparalleled education.
I would like to congratulate the entire team, especially Alex who sold the pool, Felipe always ready to help, José who did the masonry and is an extremely competent and polite person, and finally the people who completed the installation, who worked in bad weather as it was the rainy season.
