★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei uma bicicleta por um dia e a bike estava em péssimas condições de uso, toda enferrujada nas rodas, pedais, corrente saindo toda hora e a marcha não funcionava, por essas condições sofri um acifente com a bike e tive que ir ao pronto socorro levar pontos na minha canela. Agora a pouco estive na loja física para devolver a bicicleta e o gerente inventava desculpas para se defender, disse até que eu não sabia andar de bicicleta e por isso que caí! Temos aqui uma loja com um gerente incompetente, que não sabe assumir os erros da própria loja e que ainda ofende os clientes, pois ele me xingou, me ofendeu e não ofereceu nenhum tipo de solução e não aceitou as críticas feitas para as suas bicicletas - que são de péssima qualidade. Não recomendo nem a um inimigo.
I rented a bicycle for a day and the bike was in bad conditions of use, all rusty on the wheels, pedals, chain going out all the time and the march did not work, because of these conditions I suffered an accident with the bike and had to go to the first aid take points on my cinnamon. Now I was in the physical store to return the bike and the manager invented excuses to defend himself, said until I did not know to ride a bike and that's why I fell! We have here a shop with an incompetent manager who does not know how to take on the mistakes of the shop and who still offends customers because he cursed me, offended me and offered no solution and did not accept the criticisms he made for his bikes - which are of poor quality. I do not recommend even an enemy.
