★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou leigo em limpeza de piscinas porém ao comprar nessa loja recebi uma atenção impressionante e aproveito para pedir desculpas que não perguntei o nome da pessoa que me atendeu que acredito ser a Dona da loja que me deu uma aula de como utilizar os produtos, fiz exatamente como o recomendado e deu certo, muito obrigado pelo conhecimento repassado, eu recomendo essa loja com certeza!
I am a layman in pool cleaning but when buying in this store I received an impressive attention and I take the opportunity to apologize that I did not ask the name of the person who answered me I believe to be the owner of the store who gave me a lesson on how to use the products, I did as recommended and it worked, thank you for the knowledge passed on, I recommend this store for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante a uns anos atras instalei aquecedor na minha piscina me garantiram que eu não teria problemas com esse tipo de aquecedor, não passou um ano e já apareceu vazamento, vieram consertar, paguei os serviços fora da garantia, a mais de um ano os vazamentos voltaram, desde então mando contado para agendar uma visita para consertar e tentar resolver e colocar mais aquecedor pois minha piscina demora a aquecer, depois de tanto mandar mensagem para resolver meu problema, pois mandava msn visualizavam e ignorava sem resposta, hoje liguei para empresa e falei da minha decepção, a resposta do proprietário foi essa, SE QUISER PODE ARRUMAR OUTRO PROFISSIONAL POIS NÃO TENHO TEMPO PARA TE ATENDER. Não aconselho, depois de um ano tentando um atendimento agora vou procurar uma empresa competente.
Disappointing a few years ago I installed a heater in my pool they assured me that I would have no problems with this type of heater, a year has not passed and a leak has already appeared, they came to fix it, I paid for the services out of warranty, more than a year ago the leaks came back , since then I have been sent to schedule a visit to repair and try to solve and put more heater because my pool takes time to heat up, after so much message to solve my problem, because I sent msn visualized and ignored without answer, today I called the company and said to my disappointment, the owner's answer was this, IF YOU WANT YOU CAN FIND ANOTHER PROFESSIONAL BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE TIME TO ATTEND YOU. I don't advise, after a year trying to get a service now I'm going to look for a competent company.
