★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui mal atendida por um funcionario. Ele foi arrogante e simplesmente disse que não tinha o médico que queria pelo sistema no dia. Ai tirou um papel e mandou eu pagar e esperar. Mais como vou pagar uma coisa se o recepcionista nem explica direito quando tem o médico? Desisti ! Vou fazer normal mesmo, parece que estamos no sus pedindo favor.
I was poorly attended by an employee. He was arrogant and simply said he didn't have the doctor he wanted for the system that day. Then he took out a paper and told me to pay and wait. But how am I going to pay for something if the receptionist doesn't even explain when he has the doctor? I gave up! I'm going to do normal, it looks like we're in your room asking for a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom atendimento, rápido e fácil. Excelente localização. Uso de mascara obrigatório no local e tem álcool em gel para usarmos. Local limpo e agradável. Gostei e indico pra outros.
Very good service, quick and easy. Great location. Mandatory mask use on site and has alcohol gel for us to use. Clean and nice place. I liked it and recommend it to others.

Em outubro marquei uma consulta para a minha avó pro dia 12/11, fui pagar a consulta hoje (03/11) e o atendente nada carismático só liberou pra eu pagar mediante eu informar o nome do médico. Se eu já tinha agendado era pra constar tudo no sistema mas aparentemente não consta ou ele estava com preguiça de procurar.
Outro ponto é: eu peguei uma fila pra agendar, quando fui pagar tive que pegar outra fila sendo que o caixa tava totalmente liberado. Ou seja, existem muitas oportunidades de melhorias nas metodologias e sistemas utilizados.

In October I made an appointment for my grandmother on 11/12, I went to pay for the appointment today (11/03) and the uncharismatic attendant only allowed me to pay after I inform the doctor's name. If I had already scheduled it, it was supposed to be everything in the system but apparently it doesn't appear or he was too lazy to look.
Another point is: I took a queue to schedule, when I went to pay I had to take another queue and the cashier was fully released. In other words, there are many opportunities for improvements in the methodologies and systems used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito Ruim , fui marcar um exame para meu filho , já com orçamento feito pelo ZAP e mesmo assim ela informou outro valor e nem se quer ouviu o q eu tinha para falar já foi me devolvendo a requisição e a carteira sai totalmente constrangido
