★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantástico atendimento, profissionais da mais alta qualidade, serviços de primeiro mundo, instrumentos excelentes, cursos na medida certa sem pressão, não tenho nada , absolutamente nada pra falar de ruim deles e se alguém falar algo ao contrário é pq tá cantando no chuveiro e se acha um Fred , mas nunca vai chegar ao nível deles, parabéns mesmo pelo seres humanos fantásticos .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível. Deixei dois violões pra arrumar lá desde o dia 13/04, disseram que ficariam prontos até 16/04. Ninguém avisa nada, eu que tenho que ficar perguntando já fui 5 vezes na loja e até agora nada, 27/04. O jeito é denunciar ou ir com polícia, lugar horrível, não confiem!!! Eles devem pagar as pessoas que avaliam bem esta loja.
Horrible experience. I left two guitars to fix there since 04/13, they said they would be ready by 04/16. Nobody warns me, I have to keep asking, I went to the store 5 times and nothing so far, 04/27. The way is to report or go with the police, horrible place, don't trust !!! They must pay people who rate this store well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há professores ótimos na escola, mas a falta de compromisso com o aluno é desgastante. Iniciei minha matrícula com aulas aos sábados, garantiram que seria possível. Mas tempos depois a disponibilidade da escola aos sábados foi se tornando cada vez menor, e minha aula passou a ser quase que mensal, as aulas eram canceladas repetidamente. Infelizmente não recomendo a escola.
Edit: Pedi sim para remarcar aula algumas ocasiões, porém diversas vezes seguidas cancelaram minha aula, desde o início a escola sabia da minha disponibilidade aos sábados. Sempre respondi as mensagens, um absurdo dizerem que não respondi. É triste a falta de profissionalismo ao receber uma crítica construtiva. Sugiro removerem as aulas aos sábados se não conseguem atender a demanda.
There are great teachers in the school, but the lack of commitment to the student is exhausting. I started my enrollment with classes on Saturdays, they guaranteed it would be possible. But later on, the availability of school on Saturdays became less and less, and my class became almost monthly, classes were canceled repeatedly. Unfortunately I don't recommend the school.
Edit: I asked yes to reschedule class a few occasions, but several times in a row they canceled my class, from the beginning the school knew about my availability on Saturdays. I always replied to messages, an absurdity to say that I didn't reply. The lack of professionalism when receiving constructive criticism is sad. I suggest removing classes on Saturdays if they can't meet the demand.
