★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um cilindro da samsung e quando comprei informei (liguei) que ficaria de reserva pois estava com outro em uso (inclusive comprei com eles o que estava em uso). Hoje instalei o novo cilindro e o mesmo está com defeito, na verdade a mercadoria que veio é de péssima qualidade entrei em contato e informei o ocorrido e enviei as fotos. O que falaram é que iam ver o que podia ser feito!! Achei uma falta de respeito e ainda por cima pouco caso. Nunca mais compro nada nessa empresa.
I bought a cylinder from samsung and when I bought it I informed (I called) that it would be in reserve because it was with another one in use (I even bought with them what was in use). Today I installed the new cylinder and it is defective, in fact the merchandise that came is of poor quality I contacted and reported the event and sent the photos. What they said was that they were going to see what could be done !! I found a lack of respect and moreover little case. I never buy anything again in this company.

Perguntei se poderia enviar meu documento direto para o computador deles e ele me informou que eu podia fazer a impressão direto do computador deles. Ao final da impressão ele me cobrou o tempo gasto no computador. Muito desonesto, mesmo que sejam por poucos reais. Não recomendo.
