★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos piores serviços que ja contratei aqui em santos, o WhatsApp do numero q esta no site diz que é da parte de orçamento, mais só responde o orçamento via e-mail, quem faz o orçamento não responde o prazo, tem que chamar outro numero.... claramente ninguém com que falei queria ajudar, um dos piores atendimentos que já recebi... minha empresa nunca mais contratará nenhum serviço deste local, tive que praticamente implorar pra conseguir imprimir 3 folhas.
Já me passaram o contato de outra, mais barata, mais pratica (resolve tudo pelo whats) e mais rápida.
Deveriam rever os conceitos da empresa, aposto que quem trabalha lá nunca precisou de uma impressão... pq teria percebido o quão pífio é seu atendimento
One of the worst services I've hired here in Santos, the WhatsApp on the number q on the site says it's on the budget, but only responds to the budget via e-mail, whoever makes the budget doesn't answer the deadline, you have to call someone else number... clearly no one I spoke to wanted to help, one of the worst calls I've ever received... my company will never hire any service from this location again, I had to practically beg to get 3 sheets printed.
I've already been contacted by another one, cheaper, more practical (it solves everything through whats) and faster.
They should review the company's concepts, I bet those who work there never needed a print... because they would have realized how poor their service is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou suspeita pra falar, durante 5 anos de faculdade, não ia em outro lugar, a qualidade é garantida porém o preço é um pouco alto, pesou um pouco no bolso rs rs.
Mas, se isto não for problema pra você consumidor e estiver procurando apenas por boas resoluções e qualidades, pode ter certeza que ali é o lugar!
I'm suspicious to say, during 5 years of college, I wouldn't go anywhere else, the quality is guaranteed but the price is a little high, it weighed a little on my pocket lol.
But, if this is not a problem for you consumer and you are just looking for good resolutions and qualities, you can be sure that this is the place!
