★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me arrependo o dia que entrei nessa loja, pense num negocio que deu tudo errado, carro lindo por fora e um lixo por dentro, me enrolaram de toda forma para não entregar recibo com dados da compra, por fim fui informada que ja não teria mais acesso pois o prazo tinha expirado, fui na polícia, contratei advogado, passei tanta mais tanta raiva que não indicaria nem para meu pior inimigo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na data do dia 06/10/2021 tive o desprazer em comprar um veículo com a situada empresa me deram o prazo de no máximo 7 dias o carro estar em minhas mãos e com a documentação ok ....
Desde então sigo na luta, na data do dia 16/10/2021 fui retirar o carro na loja que fica no supermercado Bergamini e para a minha surpresa o carro não estava como o combinado, fora a bateria que colocaram bem inferior ao carro e que ao lugar saiu fumaça do carro isso mesmo fumaça... Trocaram a bateria na hora e como eu estava querendo ir pra casa e morava longe , conversei com o vendedor disse que iria com o carro para casa mas que depois retornaria para fazer os reparos que faltavam. Na data do dia 19/10 retornei a loja as pressas pois o carro estava vazando óleo isso mesmo galera vazando óleo além dos outros problemas o carro continuava a sair fumaça enfim ... Deixei o carro na loja com o Eduardo para que fosse feito os reparos conforme acordado no ato da compra.
Hoje dia 01/11 ainda não peguei o carro solicitei o cancelamento da compra do veículo e o meu ressarcimento dos valores de entrada e da primeira parcela que já paguei e até o momento não tenho retorno do vendedor .
Ninguém da um retorno isso quando não desligam o telefone na minha cara ou dão risada , inventam histórias dizendo que o vendedor não está para me atender e que ninguém sabe do caso para dar um retorno ....
EU NÃO RECOMENDO A LOJA FALTA DE COMPROMETIMENTO E RESPONSABILIDADE COM O CLIENTE , SUGAM ATÉ SUA ALMA NA HORA DE VENDER E NAO ENTREGAM O VEÍCULO NO PRAZO .

I've been fighting ever since, on 10/16/2021 I went to pick up the car at the store located in the Bergamini supermarket and to my surprise the car was not as agreed, apart from the battery they placed much lower than the car and that smoke came out of the car, that's right smoke... The battery was changed at the time and as I was wanting to go home and I lived far away, I talked to the seller who said I would take the car home but would return later to make the repairs. missing. On the date of 19/10 I returned to the store in a hurry because the car was leaking oil that's right guys leaking oil in addition to other problems the car continued to smoke anyway... I left the car at the store with Eduardo so that the repairs as agreed upon at time of purchase.
Today, 11/01 I still haven't picked up the car, I requested the cancellation of the vehicle purchase and my reimbursement of the down payment and the first installment that I have already paid and so far I have no return from the seller.
Nobody gives a return when they don't hang up on me or laugh, they make up stories saying that the seller isn't there to answer me and that nobody knows about the case to give a return...
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE STORE LACK OF COMMITMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY TO THE CUSTOMER, SUCKS UP TO YOUR SOUL WHEN SELLING AND DOES NOT DELIVER THE VEHICLE ON TIME.

Já faz 14 dias aguardando uma carta de anuência de um boleto de cobrança indevida e mesmo assim nunca sai os responsáveis pelo setor estão nem aí se vc está precisando ou não. Tente ligar e tente falar. O gerente do Bergamin Rafael sempre foi gente boa na hora da compra agora nem me atende o que me atendeu também intitulado gerente Eduardo falou que não pode fazer nada. Como um gerente não pode fazer uma solicitação de carta de anuência sabendo qiue o erro foi cometido pela somar e ele tendo os documentos em mãos que provam oque estou falando é verdade, não dão resposta nenhuma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro com o vendedor Eduardo, o carro tava tudo em dia,certinho, mais 5 meses depois começou a chegar multas, mandei mensagem pro vendedor ele falou que ia passar pro financeiro da loja a multa e já tem quase 2 meses e não pagaram ainda, mando mensagem pro vendedor Eduardo ele visualiza e não responde. Não indico... e sem contar que o carro estava com defeito e eles falava q o carro está perfeito, nao tem respeito pelos cliente... SOMAR POP PAGA MINHA MULTA...
