Terrible attendance. There are no chairs to sit on. The staff sits on the floor outside. More polite attendants. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que lugar horrível. Desorganizado. O atendimento ainda é feito com senhas de papel. As atendentes não dão informações corretas. O tempo de espera passa das 3 horas. O pessoal que chega a tarde é atendido antes dos que sobraram da manhã. Pior que SUS.
What a horrible place. Disorganized. The service is still done with paper passwords. The attendants do not give correct information. The waiting time is 3 hours. The people who arrive in the afternoon are served before those who are left in the morning. Worse than SUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se precisar ir realizar algum exame, vá duas horas antes de iniciar o atendimento. Porque você vai enfrentar uma fila enorme. Eles NÃO informam que tem quantidade de fichas disponíveis e as pessoas chegam no horário e não conseguem ser atendidas. Passa semanas tentando fazer exame, gastando dinheiro, tempo e NADA. Não há médicos suficientes. Faltam sem avisar. Pessoas da tarde são atendidas antes do pessoal da manhã. Jamais recomendaria empresa. Desorganizada e atendentes despreparadíssimas.
If you need to go for an exam, go two hours before starting the service. Because you will face a huge queue. They DO NOT inform that they have a number of tokens available and people arrive on time and cannot be served. Spend weeks trying to take the exam, spending money, time and NOTHING. There aren't enough doctors. Missing without warning. Afternoon people are served before morning people. I would never recommend the company. Disorganized and unprepared staff.
