★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um guarda chuva na loja Sonho d Bolsa " que de sonho não tem nada", a moça que me atendeu não abriu o guarda chuva e não me entregaram o comprovante de compra. Quando fui usar o guarda chuva, o mesmo se encontrava quebrado, devido morar longe não conseguir trocar na mesma semana, detalhe paguei R$ 50,00. Quando fui trocar a vendedora falou que não podia trocar e iria mandar para o fabricante para ele arrumar e devolver depois de 7 dias, o caso é que eu mora mega longe e precisava da troca. Falei com a Gerente Adriana, a mesma se tornou resistente para fazer e no fim não fez. Me sinto lesada, loja de baixo escalão, NÃO COMPREM NESSA LOJA, TUDO PIRATARIA E DESCASO COM O CLIENTE.
