★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles usam trabalhadores e impõem metas de clientes. Os funcionários, a fim de conseguir comprimir as metas, mentem para os clientes durante a prospecção. Eu estava de passagem pela república, quando fui abordado por uma moça e um rapaz. A moça disse que iria chamar o rapaz pra me dar um cartão, e falou que eu pagaria apenas 200 reais para fazer qualquer procedimento dental. Quando o rapaz chegou pra me “dar o cartão”, ele disse que eu precisava subir com ele pra pegar o tal cartão. Chegando lá, passei por uma avaliação dental e ainda tive que esperar vários minutos por uma moça antipatica que age em total coação com as pessoas para que elas contratem os serviços. Eu vi uma moça sair de lá com um ar de traumatizada, depois da coação. Serviço totalmente enganoso.
They use workers and impose customer goals. Employees, in order to be able to compress goals, lie to customers during prospecting. I was passing through the republic when I was approached by a girl and a boy. The lady said that she would call the guy to give me a card, and said that I would only pay 200 reais to have any dental procedure done. When the guy arrived to “give me the card”, he said that I needed to go up with him to get the card. Once there, I underwent a dental evaluation and still had to wait several minutes for an obnoxious girl who acts in total coercion with people so that they hire the services. I saw a girl come out of there looking traumatized after the coercion. Totally misleading service.
