Comprei um sofá novo na cor cinza e me entregaram um marrom e já visivelmente usado... o problema foi resolvido com muito custo depois de 2 meses. Não indico a loja, ao menos que você tenha paciência para aguardar a solução de eventual problema que venha a acontecer, como, comigo.
The service provided by the store's employees was great, but the product, which is the main purchase, was the great villain. I bought a new sofa in gray color and they gave me a brown one and it was already visibly used ... the problem was solved with a lot of cost after 2 months. I do not recommend the store, unless you have the patience to wait for the solution of any problem that may happen, like, with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento na loja do Shopping Grande Rio foi ok. Comprei uma mesa de jantar para o Natal. Montagem foi um horror. Dia 24 outro montador veio dar um jeito. Até hoje esperando a troca da mesa. Tampo de vidro empenado.
