★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito frustrante, estive no dia 23/05 a tarde por volta de 17:00 hrs , como sempre sou freguês da casa e sou fã do chocotino da kopenhagen , levei dois amigos porque tinha feito propaganda do chocotino , pra minha decepção o chocolate estava ralo, não tinha aquela crosta de chocolate em baixo da chicara , fui reclamar com o funcionário , e mesmo disse que estava correto e que eu teria que pedir o capuccino pois esse é o que viria com a crosta de chocolate em baixo, ainda fomos lesados com o valor da nota fiscal seria 50,00 e veio 29,00 , não especificava o chocolate e sim como café expresso, o valor do chocotino foi 19,90

Havia tido uma péssima experiência no dia anterior com outra loja, e Renan conseguiu superar minhas expectativas. Obrigada Renan e equipe Kopenhagen grande rio!

Quero deixar registrada minha queixa de mau atendimento na loja do Shopping Grande Rio.
Os funcionários estão sempre de cara feia, atendimento ruim e pouco cortês.
Ontem por volta de 16h fui a loja com meu marido e um casal de amigos, fizemos nossos pedidos, porém ficou faltando uma água com gás, tivemos que ir ao balcão pedir e os funcionários ficaram de jogo de empurra para saber quem registrou o pedido e uma funcionária ficou olhando de cara feia. Por favor né!!!!
A loja é muito bonita, possui variedades. Porém o atendimento é sempre ruim... Não é a primeira vez que me sinto desconfortável na loja, os funcionários parecem que estão fazendo um favor para os clientes.

I want to register my complaint of poor service at the Shopping Grande Rio store.
The employees are always frowning, with poor service and not very courteous.
Yesterday around 4 pm I went to the store with my husband and a couple of friends, we placed our orders, but there was a shortage of sparkling water, we had to go to the counter to ask and the employees were playing with pushes to find out who registered the order and an employee stared with a frown. Please!!!!
The store is very beautiful, it has varieties. However, the service is always bad ... It is not the first time that I feel uncomfortable in the store, the employees seem to be doing the customers a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 01/08/21: Pedi um chocolate quente e aguardei. Foi a pior bebida quente que já tomei na minha vida. Bebida sem gosto algum. Pra falar a verdade, parecia leite adocicado. Tomei um único gole e devolvi imediatamente para atendente no balcão, não aguentei. Até Nescau seria mais gostoso do que aquilo. Não reclamei porque seria inútil. Minha noiva disse que "dá pra beber". Sinceramente, ninguém paga 20 reais por "dá pra beber". Enfim, não volto nunca mais.
Day 01/08/21: I ordered a hot chocolate and waited. It was the worst hot drink I've ever had in my life. Drink without any taste. As a matter of fact, it looked like sweetened milk. I took a single sip and immediately returned it to the attendant at the counter, I couldn't stand it. Even Nescau would taste better than that. I didn't complain because it would be useless. My fiancee said "you can drink it". Honestly, nobody pays 20 reais for "you can drink". Anyway, I'm never coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento incrível, eu queria um chocolate mexicano, não tinha, mas a atendente foi tão gentil ao me oferecer um cappuccino, explicando inclusive como era feito, adorei! Eu já estava indo embora, mas ela me cativou!
O atendimento no Rio de Janeiro costuma ser ruim, mas da Ana Clara foi maravilhoso, me senti muito bem e bebida estava deliciosa.
Amazing service, I wanted a Mexican chocolate, I didn't have it, but the attendant was so kind to offer me a cappuccino, even explaining how it was made, I loved it! I was already leaving, but she captivated me!
The service in Rio de Janeiro is usually bad, but Ana Clara was wonderful, I felt very good and the drink was delicious.

Fui até ao balcão fazer meu pedido e as meninas pelo menos umas 4 ou 5 estavao todas de braços cruzados conversando e me hegaram a me vender um capucino.
Informou que a loja naoe estava servindo devido o fechamento que E seria 21h.
Pedi pra me vende-se no descartável, esta muito mais muito querendo tomar a bebida, passei por esse constrangimento e pretendo não voltar mais..
Decepcionada
Yesterday, 01/09/2022, I had it at the shopping mall store at around 8:19 pm.
I went to the counter to place my order and at least 4 or 5 of the girls were all idly talking and they managed to sell me a cappuccino.
He informed that the store was not serving due to the closing which would be 9 pm.
I asked him to sell himself in the disposable, he is much more wanting to have a drink, I went through this embarrassment and I intend not to come back..
