★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei , falaram que não precisava agendar o balanceamento local, fui até lá , fiquei 2:30hrs até começarem a mexer no carro, quando foram fazer o balanceamento a maquina não teve força para girar o pneu do carro, falei que podia fazer o balanceamento normal, ai começaram a fazer, 2 min depois chega o gerente , me avisando outro carro , que o cliente autorizou a fazer estava na frente e ia fazer o dele primeiro e eu ia ter que esperar. Só peguei meu carro e vim embora.

I just took my car and drove away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do serviço por três motivos: 1 tive que voltar no dia seguinte pra acertar o volante que o funcionário deixou torto; 2 colocou uma calibragem bem abaixo do que eu solicitei; 3 o funcionário enxergou uma alteração nos amortecedores traseiros (disse que estava vazando óleo e se eu queria providenciar a troca), falei que não era necessário, que meu carro tinha apenas um ano de uso e que ainda estava na garantia,. liguei na concessionária que me pediu pra levar imediatamente o veículo e chegando lá, após 1 hora de testes, chegou a conclusão que só o funcionário enxergou tal vazamento.
I didn't like the service for three reasons: 1 I had to come back the next day to hit the wheel that the employee left askew; 2 placed a calibration well below what I requested; 3 the employee saw a change in the rear shock absorbers (he said that oil was leaking and if I wanted to change it), I said that it was not necessary, that my car was only one year old and that it was still under warranty ,. I called the dealership that asked me to take the vehicle immediately and arriving there, after 1 hour of testing, it was concluded that only the employee saw such a leak.
