Paguei a vista por um serviço mal feito, solicitei meu dinheiro de volta, tive que ouvir do dentista que não devolveria e que se não fiquei satisfeita ele não poderia fazer nada. Não recomendo está clínica. Atendimento horrível ?
Terribly, they pushed me to clean up without being able to do it. I paid cash for a poor job, asked for my money back, had to hear from the dentist that he wouldn't return it and that if I wasn't satisfied he couldn't do anything. I don't recommend this clinic. Horrible service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comecei meu tratamento ortodontico em out/2020, já estou no 3ºdentista, só pagando manutenção de 100$ e até agora os dentes não se alinharam. Só aborrecimento nesta clínica.
I started my orthodontic treatment in Oct/2020, I'm already in my 3rd dentist, only paying $100 maintenance and so far my teeth haven't lined up. Only annoyance at this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pessoa que tá reclamando deu azar. Pq eu SIMPLESMENTE AMEI o atendimento, muito atenciosos e educados desde a recepção. Passei lá pq estava com siso quebrado e inflamado, a doutora que fez a triagem prontamente disponibilizou a opção da extração, e olha que já tinha ido em vários e nenhum quiz mexer pq tava inchado.
Me cobraram super barato, e fizeram o raio x sem cobrar. RESULTADO?? extrai na terça e na quarta não estava mais sentido dor ou incômodo algum!! Parabéns doutora GRACIELLA DIAS, VC É UMA EXCELENTE DENTISTA!!!!
The person complaining was unlucky. Because I JUST LOVED the service, very attentive and polite from the reception. I went there because I had a broken and inflamed wisdom, the doctor who did the screening promptly made the option of extraction available, and I had already gone to several and no one wanted to move because it was swollen.
They charged me super cheap, and they did the x-ray free of charge. RESULT?? extract on Tuesday and on Wednesday I was no longer feeling any pain or discomfort!! Congratulations Dr. GRACIELLA DIAS, YOU ARE AN EXCELLENT DENTIST!!!!
