â â â â â A experiĂȘncia foi a pior possĂvel, ridĂcula, fez um total desserviço.
Agendei um serviço para minha mĂŁe com a endodontista(especialista em canal), informei que tinha 3 dentes com curativos porque foi retirado os nervos em um atendimento de urgĂȘncia(realizado em outro lugar) e que precisava iniciar o tratamento de canal. A clĂnica agendou com a Dra. Beatriz, chegando na clĂnica a minha mĂŁe foi encaminhada para outra dentista e a mesma realizou o procedimento de limpeza e RETIROU os curativos(deixou os dentes totalmente abertos) sobre o argumento que seria para a Dra. Beatriz avaliar logo em seguida. Finalizado o procedimento, a clĂnica informou que nĂŁo seria possĂvel ter o atendimento com a Dra. Beatriz porque era a primeira vez da minha mĂŁe na clĂnica e que deveria ser marcado uma nova consulta para a semana seguinte. Aparentemente nĂŁo quis realizar uma segunda consulta no mesmo dia porque era pelo plano odontolĂłgico (nĂŁo existe restrição do plano em quantidade de procedimentos ou consulta).
No final a clĂnica se RECUSOU a realizar o atendimento que estava marcado originalmente e deixou os dentes abertos.
NĂŁo utilizem o serviço dessa clĂnica irresponsĂĄvel.
 The experience was the worst possible, ridiculous, did a total disservice.
I scheduled a service for my mother with the endodontist (canal specialist), I informed her that she had 3 teeth with bandages because the nerves were removed in an emergency care (performed elsewhere) and that she needed to start the canal treatment. The clinic scheduled with Dr. Beatriz, arriving at the clinic my mother was referred to another dentist and she performed the cleaning procedure and REMOVED the dressings (left her teeth fully open) on the argument that it would be for Dr. Beatriz to evaluate shortly thereafter. After the procedure was finished, the clinic informed that it would not be possible to have a consultation with Dr. Beatriz because it was my mother's first time at the clinic and that a new appointment should be scheduled for the following week. Apparently, I didn't want to have a second appointment on the same day because it was due to the dental plan (there is no restriction on the plan in terms of the number of procedures or consultation).
In the end the clinic REFUSED to perform the service that was originally scheduled and left his teeth open.
Do not use the service of this irresponsible clinic.

â â â â â Fiz 99% do tratamento (entre abturaçÔes e extraçÔes) faltando somente abturação a secretĂĄria de lĂĄ estĂĄ se negando a marcar minha Ășltima consulta.
Devido eu ter faltado uma consulta que eu jå havia confirmado, porém na mesma manhã eu caà de moto.
Agora ela fica falando que se aparecer uma vaga ela me encaixa e esse encaixe nunca chega oi quer me marcar para daqui a dois meses.
PĂ©ssima profissional na recepção da clĂnica, clĂnica que tem Ăłtimas dentistas e uma boa estrutura.
Mas a secretĂĄria deixa a desejar e muito!!
I did 99% of treatment (between abturaçÔes and extractions) missing only abturação secretary there is refusing to mark my last visit.

Now she is saying that if you get a job it fits me and that never gets fit hi want me to mark in two months.
Rubbish professional at the front desk of the clinic, which has great dentists and a good structure.
But the Secretary is weak and very much !!

Mesmo com horĂĄrio marcado, nos faz esperar mais de 1:30 h, falta de cordialidade sem ao menos um pedido de desculpa, simplesmente deixa o cliente sentado esperando o tempo do dentista! Custa ligar informando q vai atrasar ou o Sr quer remarcar?! Mas nĂŁo, sĂł visĂŁo o dinheiro, demonstrando total descaso e falta de respeito! NĂŁo indico estĂĄ clĂnica!
It was my first time ever! Even with an appointment, it makes us wait more than 1:30 h, lack of cordiality without even an apology, it simply leaves the customer sitting waiting for the dentist's time! It costs to call informing that you will be late or do you want to reschedule?! But no, just see the money, showing total disregard and lack of respect! I do not recommend this clinic!

â â â â â O atendimento do profissional e da recepcionista de hoje, tudo ok! Mas, falta comprometimento com os horĂĄrios marcados com os pacientes. Chegamos( eu e meu filho) pra consulta de 09:30 e fomos atendidos as 10:10. Os responsĂĄveis pela clĂnica precisam considerar colocar mais de uma pessoa na recepção. A recepcionista que estava lĂĄ, estava atendendo os pacientes presenciais, os que estavam no telefone, confirmando consultas, marcando outras,fora que ainda ficava recebendo chamadas dos mĂ©dicos ,pedindo pra liberar isso e aquilo( procedimentos)....sem condiçÔes.Muitas funçÔes para um Ășnico funcionĂĄrio. Ou seja, sobrecarrega o funcionĂĄrio e consequentemente compromete a qualidade do atendimento.
The service of the professional and receptionist today, all ok! But, lack of commitment to appointments with patients. We arrived (my son and I) for an appointment at 9:30 am and were seen at 10:10 am. Clinic managers need to consider placing more than one person at the front desk. The receptionist who was there, was attending to patients in person, those on the phone, confirming appointments, scheduling others, apart from still receiving calls from doctors, asking to release this and that (procedures).... without conditions. Many functions for a single employee. In other words, it overloads the employee and consequently compromises the quality of service.
