★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente do telefone muito mal educada, arrogante e sem empatia. Liguei p/ saber se fazia um procedimento clinico e a mesma n se mostrou nem um pouco interessada em me ajudar. Chegando a ser arrogante e grosseira, totalmente incapacitada p lidar com atendimento e publico em geral. Me disse que eu ligasse de meia em meia hora pra ver se algum veterinário poderia me responder a pergunta que fiz. Um absurdo isso! Depois de eu reclamar da falta de empatia dela ela me disse que ia passar para o veterinário meu contato e se ele quisesse me retornar... se não, eu ia ficar sem saber... Depois perde os clientes e não sabe pq!!!! NAO RECOMENDO!
 Telephone man very rude, arrogant and without empathy. I called to find out if I was doing a clinical procedure and she was not interested in helping me. Becoming arrogant and rude, totally incapable of handling customer service and the general public. He told me to call every half hour to see if a vet could answer the question I asked. That's absurd! After I complained about her lack of empathy she told me she was going to give my contact to the vet and if he wanted to return to me ... if not, I would be without knowing ... Then he loses his clients and he doesn't know why !! !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Super recommend it. Wonderful team of doctors, experts and super competent. No doubt an excellent clinic. They perform all necessary procedures for the health of the animal. My kitten is always in the care of these excellent professionals. The values of the procedures and queries are super accessible.
