★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom. Toda via o tratamento de 4 meses (prótese) está atrasado 5 meses(9 meses no total). Não estou satisfeito, pois espero 2 meses por cada consulta.
 The service is good. Every 4-month treatment (prosthesis) is delayed by 5 months (9 months in total). I am not satisfied, as I wait 2 months for each consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive em avaliação com o Dr. Rodrigo responsável pela clinica, que condenou a raiz do meu dente tirando ela para colocar um implante e fazendo uma forma de amarrar com venda casada onde eu teria que colocar o dente em uma segunda etapa, dessa forma gastaria duas vezes e perdi a qualidade do meu dente.
Tomem cuidado quando for passar pelo dentista da sorrridents, leve o contrato antes de assinar para seu advogado, porque nem o contrato de prestação de serviço ele me deu, e muito menos a panorâmica.
I was in evaluation with Dr. Rodrigo in charge of the clinic, who condemned the root of my tooth taking it out to put an implant and making a tie-in with blindfold where I would have to put the tooth in a second step, so would spend two times and lost the quality of my tooth.
Be careful when you go to the sorrridents dentist, take the contract before signing to your lawyer, because even the service contract he gave me, let alone the overview.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais incríveis, fiz uma coroa com a Dra Vivian e sinceramente foi uma das profissionais mais incríveis que me atendeu na odontologia. Muito fofa, responde todas as suas perguntas, uma doutora simplesmente incrível. Gostei muito mesmo. Tive contratempos com o pessoal da recepção mas o que importa mesmo é o atendimento odontológico, que sinceramente é nota MIL !!
Incredible professionals, I made a crown with Dr. Vivian and honestly was one of the most incredible professionals who attended me in dentistry. Very cute, answers all your questions, a simply amazing doctor. I liked very much. I had setbacks with the reception staff but what really matters is dental care, which honestly is a MIL note !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fazem 2 meses que estou passando na Sorridents. Bom ate o momento fui muito bem atendida pelos dentistas
Eles são super atenciosos e ótimos profissionais não tenho nada a reclamar.
Agora a Recepção .... o atendimento e péssimo só de chegar lá Nao me sinto bem vinda,por mais que elas estejam com máscara,da pra perceber quando a pessoa e receptiva e simpática, no caso da recepção
todas são sempre "secas" no atendimento,parece que estão sem vontade de trabalhar, me olham dos pés a cabeça.Não sei se elas não vão com a minha cara ou elas são assim com todos.... mas acredito que um bom atendimento vindo da recepção e essencial afinal elas também estão sendo pagas pra isso.
Eu trabalho com clientes todo o dia e eu me coloco no lugar delas e eu não trataria meu clientes assim de jeito nenhum, e olha que já fui em outras Redes da S. e nunca me senti assim com a recepção,sempre fui bem atendida, me sentia bem vinda no local eram muito receptivas. Ja a recepção do SORRIDENTS PARANAGUA ?
Falta simpatia,sorriso,e sobre tudo VONTADE de trabalhar.
Today it's been 2 months that I'm spending at Sorridents. Well so far I was very well attended by dentists
They are super attentive and great professionals I have nothing to complain about.
Now the Reception .... the service is terrible just getting there I don't feel welcome, no matter how much they have a mask on, I can tell when the person is receptive and friendly, in the case of the reception
all are always "dry" in attendance, it seems that they are unwilling to work, they look at me from head to toe. I don't know if they don't go with my face or they are like that with everyone .... but I believe that a good service coming from reception and essential after all they are also being paid for this.
I work with customers all day and I put myself in their place and I would not treat my customers like that at all, and look, I have been to other S. Networks and I never felt that way with the reception, I was always well attended, I felt welcome at the place were very receptive. The reception of SORRIDENTS PARANAGUA ?
Lack of sympathy, smile, and above all WILL to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um tratamento de restauração que ficou HORRÍVEL uma restauração muito amadora por a clínica ter o nome que tem completamente alta torta , mesmo sentindo um incomodo na hora do procedimento o dentista não anestesiou alegando que já está acabando ...
Enfim Sorridentes pra mim é uma clínica que só tem nome e preço .
I had a restoration treatment that was HORRIBLE, a very amateur restoration because the clinic has the name that has completely high pie, even though I felt uncomfortable at the time of the procedure, the dentist did not anesthetize, claiming that it is already running out...
Anyway Sorridentes for me is a clinic that only has a name and a price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passo na Sorridentes de Ermelino Matarazzo tem mais de 6 anos, 5 anos só usando aparelho por conta de um problema no maxilar. Sempre fui bem atendido e os preços são excelentes, não houve aumentos tão discrepantes durante os anos e sempre que precisei de alguma urgência, fui bem atendido.
Passos at Sorridentes de Ermelino Matarazzo is over 6 years old, 5 years old only using braces because of a problem in his jaw. I have always been well attended and the prices are excellent, there have not been such discrepant increases over the years and whenever I needed an emergency, I was well assisted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais muito atenciosos, explicam muito bem, a recepção deixa u pouco a desejar na simpatia, mas os dentistas são incríveis, meu filho passa com a Doutora Fernanda, que e uma profissional incrível, fez orçamento com um doutor que não lembro o nome, mas ele também foi muito atencioso.
Very attentive professionals, they explain very well, the reception leaves a little to be desired in the sympathy, but the dentists are amazing, my son spends with Dr. Fernanda, who is an amazing professional, made a quote with a doctor who I don't remember the name, but he was also very considerate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço deixa muito a desejar. Primeiro, colocaram uma contenção na boca da minha esposa e com dois dias caiu. Depois fizeram uma sessão de clareamento onde os funcionários demoravam meia hora para atender porque estavam almoçando, e quando você entra na sala ainda precisa aguardar. Não havia higienização na sala, e as sessões de clareamento eram repassadas para semanas seguintes não gerando o efeito adequado, isso com análise de outro dentista. Minha sugestão é revejam a forma de atendimento com os clientes.
The service leaves a lot to be desired. First, they put a restraint in my wife's mouth and within two days it fell. Then they had a whitening session where employees took half an hour to answer because they were having lunch, and when you enter the room you still have to wait. There was no cleaning in the room, and the bleaching sessions were transferred to subsequent weeks, not generating the proper effect, this with an analysis by another dentist. My suggestion is to review the form of customer service.
