★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no mês passado até a clinica Sorridents Sorocaba Itavuvu para fazer uma prótese, era meu sonho recuperar meu sorriso. Fui muito bem atendido pela dra Ana Laura.
Depois de varias tentativas em outras clinicas meu problema foi resolvido.

Last month I went to the Sorridents Sorocaba Itavuvu clinic to have a prosthesis, it was my dream to recover my smile. I was very well attended by Dr Ana Laura.
After several attempts in other clinics my problem was solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei , mesmo a recepcionista que me atendeu sendo muito educada , tem coisas que deixou bem estampado a falta de respeito , os dentista deixou a desejar com a tremenda preocupação em as atendentes não fazerem suas obrigação na recepção assim atrasando mais de uma hora o atendimento fiquei esperei e quando achei que chegou minha vez a Dra que iria me atender me olhou com uma cara de deboche que eu não gostei nem um pouco e sai da clínica e nunca recomendarei para ninguém. Na hora dos pacientes fazer o pagamento fora as duas atendentes fica mais dois dentista em cima igual carniça ridículo o atendimento dessa clínica.
I did not like it , even the receptionist who attended me was very polite , there are things that left the lack of respect clearly stamped , the dentists left something to be desired with the tremendous concern that the attendants did not do their duty at the reception , thus delaying the service for more than an hour I waited and when I thought it was my turn, the Doctor who was going to attend me looked at me with a mocking face that I didn't like at all and left the clinic and I will never recommend it to anyone. When the patients make the payment, the two attendants are left with two more dentists on top of the same ridiculous carrion at this clinic.

Fiz a reserva do horário via internet e passei no dia seguinte do ocorrido , estava muito apreensiva porque não conhecia a clínica , mas tive uma surpresa muito agradável .
Fui muito bem atendida pela recepcionista, acredito que o nome era Gleice , que me apresentou o local com muito carinho , as dentistas fizeram o procedimento e deu tudo certo .
Resumo : o atendimento foi rápido , resolveram meu problema e o atendimento muito bem feito .
I was there due to the detachment of my containment made 2 years ago in another clinic in São Paulo.
I booked the time via internet and went there the day after the event, I was very apprehensive because I didn't know the clinic, but I had a very pleasant surprise.
I was very well attended by the receptionist, I believe the name was Gleice, who introduced me to the place with great affection, the dentists performed the procedure and everything worked out.
Summary : the service was fast , my problem was solved and the service was very well done .
