★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma pena que o atendimento prestado só seja bom até que você "passe o cartão". A estrutura da clínica, os equipamentos e os dentistas podem ser excelentes, mas a gestão do lugar deixa muito a desejar. ARREPENDIMENTO.
A pity that the service provided is only good until you "pass the card". The clinic's structure, equipment and dentists can be excellent, but the management of the place leaves a lot to be desired. REPENTANCE.

Minha mãe foi fazer procedimento de implante com eles e está sendo só enrolação, mais de 6 meses com dor e eles não resolvem nada, depois que paga eles não estão mais nem aí. Não recomendo esse lugar pra ninguém. Rosa Maria Carvalho o nome ?? Resolveram nada. LUGAR LIXOOOO
Horrible experience. My mother went to have an implant procedure with them and it's just been a mess, more than 6 months with pain and they don't solve anything, after you pay they don't care anymore. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Rosa Maria Carvalho the name ?? They solved nothing. GARBAGE PLACE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, agenda horário demora horrores p atender, quando o dentista n está em outra unidade e vc tem q ficar esperando até o dentista ir na unidade q vc está, entrei em processso pois quebrou lentes do meu dente ainda cobrou indevidamente limpeza q tinha feito um mês antes, tive q ir na unidade hoje p falar c um a pessoa responsável agendamos p 12h a pessoa n estava eles fazem descaso dos clientes! Prefere receber o processo do que pagar o dinheiro q por direito é meu, pq eles cobra absurdo de caro p ter esse tipo de serviço n recomendo a ninguém foi o pior atendimentos q eu tive na vida e lá os clientes n tem razão eles só quer o seu dinheiro eles esquece q trabalha tbm c sonhos de pessoas, enfim tentei resolver um problema e sai c problema maior!

Terrible service, schedule takes a long time to answer, when the dentist is not in another unit and you have to wait until the dentist goes to the unit you are in, I filed a lawsuit because my tooth lenses broke and still charged unduly for the cleaning I had done a month before, I had to go to the unit today to talk to the person in charge. I'd rather receive the process than pay the money that by right is mine, because they charge absurdly expensive to have this type of service I don't recommend it to anyone it was the worst service I've had in my life and there the customers are not right they just want it their money they forget that it works too with people's dreams, anyway I tried to solve a problem and it came out with a bigger problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento no começo, depois de colocarem um cartão de 3.000 nas tuas costas com valores absurdos e tratamentos que você não fez tendo que pagar a todo custo, não indico para ninguém nem para o meu pior inimigo.
Great service in the beginning, after they put a 3,000 card on your back with absurd values and treatments you didn't have having to pay at all costs, I don't recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha irmã Francisca Batista foi solicitada pela atendente Debora para comparecer na clinica Sorridents em Osasco no horario das 12 horas de hoje dia 07/03/2022, mas só havia as atendentes no balcão e não havia ninguém responsavel para nos atender e ainda ofereceram devolver o valor do que não foi realizado, porem elas haviam dito que o tratamento já havia acabado, porém ficou pendente procedimentos a serem feito, e ainda quebraram duas lentes de resina do meu dente, sendo procedimento realizado para fazer a coroa do meu dente não ficou com a mordida correta, ela n quer continuar o tratamento devido aos pessimo atendimento e danos psicologicos causados pelo pessimo atendimento. Quer o dinheiro de volta para continuar meu tratamento em outro local. Que de acordo c a lei do consumidor tem direito ate pq está insatifeita c o serviço

Você atenderam ninha esposa Francisca e não fizeram o que foi prometido e sem falar o pessimo atendimento e agendamento das atendente. Vocês serão processados. Não recomendo este local.
