★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui a escola Júlia unidade de Osasco, pois acabo de me formar na área de cabeleireiros gostaria de saber sobre cursos de aperfeiçoamento e valores... Cheguei a ser atendida por um rapaz na recepção no qual não me disse o seu nome (o que acredito que deveria ter se apresentado no início do atendimento), o mesmo perguntou o motivo da minha visita e qual escola me formei e peguei meu diploma, respondi o nome da escola no qual forma profissionais com certificado de mais de 200 horas mas por ser um curso gratuito, e comunitário este rapaz desde o primeiro momento começou a me desvalorizar dizendo que cursos de ong ou oferecido para comunidade não formam profissionais de maneira correta, me perguntou na frente de todas as pessoas que estavam a nossa volta sobre pH tentando testar meus conhecimentos, tudo isso porque gostaria de estar me vendendo seu curso de 3 mil reais supondo que o que aprendi não foi válido tendo que voltar ao início, eu disse que gostaria de saber realmente sobre aperfeiçoamento pois era o motivo pelo qual me levou lá, mais me disse que não teria como ele me dar um certificado com 3 aulas práticas...Bom só venho divulgar a minha indignação perante a está situação pois independente de onde me formei inclusive o básico que ele como super profissional deveria saber que é tratar bem as pessoas e ter ética e respeito pelo trabalho do seu semelhante lá eu aprendi, e só estou buscando conhecimento como qualquer um de qualquer área busca para seu desenvolvimento profissional...Fui saber de cursos e valores nesta escola, agora nem se fosse de graça eu aceitaria!!

I was even attended by a boy at the reception where he did not tell me his name (which I believe he should have presented himself at the beginning of the service), he asked the reason for my visit and which school I graduated from and got my diploma, I answered the name of the school in which I trained professionals with a certificate of more than 200 hours but for being a free and community course, this guy from the first moment started to devalue me saying that NGO courses or offered to the community do not train professionals correctly, he asked me in front of all the people around us about pH trying to test my knowledge , all this because I would like to be selling my 3 thousand reais course assuming that what I learned was not valid having to go back to the beginning, I said that I would like to really know about ap improvement because it was the reason he took me there, but he told me that he would not be able to give me a certificate with 3 practical classes ... Well, I just come to disclose my indignation at this situation because regardless of where I graduated, including the basics that he as a super professional should know that it is to treat people well and have ethics and respect for the work of his fellow man there I learned, and I am only seeking knowledge as anyone from any area seeks for their professional development ... I learned about courses and values in this school, now even if it were free I would accept it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apos primeira visita ao local com intuito de estudar , fui recebida com Muito profissionalismo deixei contato e no mesmo dia obtive todas informações necessárias, o atendimento virtual foi espetacular me senti falando com alguém conhecido(embora não sei quem era rsrs) decidi efetuar minha matrícula hoje, tive um ótimo atendimento a Cleide muito atenciosa e extremamente profissional atenta a todos detalhes,esclareceu todas minhas dúvidas, início curso em Junho/20 , espero ao final deixar aqui 5 estrelas .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei pra fazer a sobrancelha fio a fio nessa escola, cheguei antes do horário marcado e já tinham 2 pessoas na minha frente. Depois de uma hora esperando minha vez de ser atendida a professora veio é me falou que a outra aluna tinha faltado e que por isso não tinha ninguém pra fazer minha sobrancelha e que ela até poderia fazer mas que cobraria 400,00! Um absurdo peguei um dia de folga só pra fazer isso, fiquei uma hora esperando pra depois eles virem me falar isso! Péssima escola, péssimo atendimento, povo grosso sem educação! Não recomendo! Falta profissionalismo!
I made an appointment to do the eyebrow strand by strand at this school, I arrived before the scheduled time and there were already 2 people in front of me. After an hour waiting for my turn to be attended, the teacher came and told me that the other student had missed and that there was no one to do my eyebrow and that she could even do it but that she would charge 400.00! It was absurd to take a day off just to do this, I spent an hour waiting for them to come and tell me that! Bad school, bad service, thick people without education! I do not recommend! Lack of professionalism!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal pelo amor de Deus se vcs tiverem um pouco de vergonha na cara nunca vá há essa escola, Simplesmente lá tem uma senhora que se diz Dona que fica na recepção ela é extremamente estúpida, grossa e ignorante. Trata desde os funcionários a clientes com extrema grosseria e faz todos passar vergonha sem excessão. Essa mulher precisa aprender a lidar com o público e saber que o ser humano tem que ser tratado com respeito e não com desrespeito. Se ela já esta cansada e não suporta mais lidar com o publico fica em casa e coloca uma funcionária qualificada no lugar que ela mesma nunca devia ter estado.
For God's sake, if you're a little embarrassed in your face, do not ever go to this school. There's just one lady who says she's at the desk. She's extremely stupid, thick and ignorant. It deals from employees to customers with extreme rudeness and makes everyone go ashamed without exception. This woman must learn to deal with the public and know that the human being has to be treated with respect and not disrespect. If she is already tired and can no longer handle the public, she stays at home and places a qualified employee in the place she should never have been herself.
