Marquei minha consulta ontem  dia 22 de outubro de 2021, para hoje dia 23 as 12:00. As 9:41 de hoje dia da consulta a Recepcionista pergunta se eu posso ir as 11:30. Respondo que posso tentar, mas não prometo. Eu estava marcada com um dentista do sexo masculino, não lembro o nome agora. Cheguei na Clínica as 11:58,  dei bom dia para secretaria e mais duas pacientes na sala de espera. Solicitei que ligasse o ar condicionado, pois a sala estava abafada, e me preparei para esperar de 15 a 20 min. Nesse momento a secretária saiu e sumiu por 12 minutos. E durante esse yempo comecei a conversar com as outras clientes. E descubro que elas estavam marcadas as 11:30, perguntei com quem? E ela falou o nome de uma dentista do sexo feminino. Por um instante fiquei aliviada, pois tinham certeza que a minha consulta era com um dentista do sexo masculino. Minha alegria durou pouco. Descubro que a minha consulta foi modificada a minha revelia para a mesma dentista que ja estava 45 minutos atrasada. Obviamente reclamei, pois na minha opinião isto é uma grandes falta de respeito com o cliente. Foram 3 falhas que conferem a total falta de consideração. 1 a mais grave mudar o Dentistas sem consultar o paciente. ( estamos falando de uma clínica particular com valores nada baratos. 2 atrasar a consulta e nem se dar ao trabalho de me avisar, pois se a outra paciente estava marcada as 11:30 e a dentista estava atrasada e eu que estava marcada com outro dentista seria atendida pela mesma dentista imposta a minha revelia. Porque a mesma secretaria não me enviou uma mensagem pedindo para eu chegar as 12:30? Teria sido tão mais inteligente. 3 Resumindo a clínica não tem nenhuma consideração com o tempo do seus cliente. Cresceu e não tem processos, sua secretária é grosseira e despreparada para lidar com mudanças de planos ou estava mais ocupada com obra no novo espaço da clínica. Pois voltou com a roupa suja de branco ( calça comprida preta) E parq finalizar do que adianta a estética arquitetônica da clínica se o mais simples voces não souberam fazer!!!!

There were 3 flaws that give the total lack of consideration. 1 the most serious change the Dentists without consulting the patient. (We are talking about a private clinic with not cheap prices. 2 delay the appointment and don't even bother to let me know, because if the other patient was scheduled at 11:30 am and the dentist was late and I, who was scheduled with another dentist, would be seen by the same dentist imposed on my default. Why didn't the same office send me a message asking me to arrive at 12:30? It would have been so much smarter. 3 In short, the clinic has no regard for its clients' time. She grew up and has no processes, her secretary is rude and unprepared to deal with changes in plans, or she was busier with work in the clinic's new space. Well, he came back with his clothes dirty in white (black trousers) And to finish off what is the use of the clinic's architectural aesthetics if you didn't know how to do the simplest thing!!!!

Amei!! assisti vídeos que gosto enquanto fazia uma limpeza, fiquei sem medo nenhum de dentista e quero voltar sempre com minha mãe.
Loved it!! I watched videos that I like while I was cleaning, I was not afraid of the dentist at all and I always want to go back with my mother.

Fui atendido muito bem pelo Dr. Fernando e a Dra. Flávia. Fiz o raio-x panorâmico lá mesmo, me explicaram tudo com calma e a estrutura da clínica fez tudo ser uma experiência excelente!

Experiência fantástica! Ressignificou o que é ir ao dentista para mim. Ambiente leve, decoração moderna e, ao mesmo tempo, clássica. Equipe proativa e disponível para receber, acolher e encaminhar para os especialistas. Fui atendido pela dentista e endodontista Vanessa Gheno e destaco aqui sua simpatia, gentileza e segurança durante o atendimento. Ahh, fiquei sabendo ainda que ela trabalha com estética… voltarei o quanto antes para fazer botox com a doutora Vanessa

Excellent service. I didn't have an appointment but the dentist was able to see me right away. I don't speak Portuguese but they spoke enough English to get the job done.

I am not from Brazil. I applied to the clinic with a request to install a crown (the implant had already been installed in my country). It turned out that in Brazil they do not work with implants of the company that I had. But Dr. Fernando agreed to help, he found the right piece and successfully installed the crown. I am very grateful to this clinic! If you need quality treatment and good customer service, this clinic is for you.
