★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora do pagamento e atendimento são gentis, mas se precisar depois deles o atendimento é péssimo, uma dentista passou o receituário médico errado, nenhuma farmácia de João pessoa aceita, liguei para resolver, a atendente simplesmente falou que não poderia fazer nada que era pra ir só nondianque a médico estivesse na clínica, ou seja, a paciente tem que ficar com dor porque outro "profissional" não quis atender e botou muita dificuldade para entrar em contato com a dentista que atendeu.

Na verdade a clínica constava em meu plano odontológico por isso optei por ir lá, precisava fazer um canal, no entanto eles só cobriam restauração, mesmo assim paguei 700,00 reais pelo canal pois precisava com urgência, comecei a fazer com uma dentista foram 4 sessões e na última sessão ela disse que não “fechar” o dente, que eu precisava pagar por fora pois os 700,00 que foi pago só estava o valor do canal, acontece que isso não tinha sido me passado quando contratei o serviço, eles foram categóricos em dizer que o serviço completo no dente seria 700,00. Então tive que pagar para “fechar” o dente e ainda assim a dentista em questão não iria fazer porque quem faz o serviço de restauração pelo plano era outra dentista, mas falei que iria no procon pois não podia trabalhar com o dente aberto, então eles resolveram fechar, claro que eu pagando a mais. Nunca vi isso na linha vida, momentos antes presenciei na recepção um senhor que dizia: “nunca mais volto aqui!” Depois do que passei entendi porquê ele falou aquilo.

So I had to pay to "close" the tooth and even so the dentist in question wouldn't do it because whoever does the restoration service for the plan was another dentist, but I said I would go to the procon because I couldn't work with the tooth open, so they they decided to close, of course I paid more. I've never seen this on the lifeline, moments before I witnessed a gentleman at the reception who said: "I'll never come back here!" After what I went through I understood why he said that.
