★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sorveteria oferta diversos sabores de sorvete, além de picolés. Existe a possibilidade de comprar sorvete e levar para casa, assim como a opção para consumir no local. O preço é um pouco alto comparado a outros lugares, mas a qualidade e o atendimento compensam. Para mim o picolé de chocomenta é maravilhoso!
 The ice cream shop offers several flavors of ice cream, in addition to popsicles. There is the possibility to buy ice cream and take it home, as well as the option to consume on site. The price is a little high compared to other places, but the quality and service are worth it. For me the chocomenta popsicle is wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Demoraram horrores pra finalizar meu pagamento, e quando isso aconteceu nao tinham troco. Pediram pra eu esperar (mais) que o rapaz iria trocar meu dinheiro (20 reais para um picolé de 5) em algum lugar. Quando o rapaz apareceu para poder trocar ele saiu e voltou na maior calma do mundo, como se eu nao tivesse nenhuma pressa e não tivesse parada lá 30/40 min. Detalhe, loja vazia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedido veio errado. O gerente mandou eu ligar para o boy, tipo deixar como estar, tipo não deixar ele levar prejuízo... Tudo! Até abrir o saco, o plástico, a tampa e dá próxima vez conferir o sabor (oi!). Até hj não resolveu. A pessoa que recebeu meu pedido, o dobro de caro, ficou quietinha. Hj, falei com Eliza e essa garota é sensacional pq resolve. Não pq acreditou, mas pq é inteligente, rápida e capaz. Pq não é gerente? Esse Marcelo é uma piada. Erros acontecem, poucos em outros estabelecimento, mas nunca vi um atendimento igual ao do gerente. Vou dar mil pela moça de hj. Mas o boy e o gerente são inacreditáveis. Ao menos devolvesse minha diferença, ou ligasse pra pessoa que pediu o picolé diet de coco. Que tenham uma dor de barriga. Ambos e que Eliza, vença, fique rica e viva bastante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embora as bolas de sorvete sejam gostosas e generosas, elas são colocadas em recipientes muito pequenos, o que faz com que o sorvete escorra (o que se transforma num pequeno caos quando se tem crianças). Curiosamente, o café também veio numa xícara menor do que deveria, o que fez o produto já chegar derramado e difícil de consumir.
O atendimento, por outro lado, foi muito bom!
