★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pote de sorvete que não tem necessidade de preparação, é só pegar no freezer e colocar na sacola e passar para o entregador. Mesmo assim atrasaram o pedido por quase 1h.
I ordered a jar of ice cream that has no need for preparation, just take the freezer and put it in the bag and pass it to the delivery man. Even so, they delayed the order by almost 1 hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na sorveteira que é bem próximo a minha casa duas vezes na primeira vez não fui bem atendida por uma Mulher que não sei o nome mas acho que ela é casada com o outro rapaz que trabalha lá e este me atendeu mt bem , oque me fez querer retornar , ontem voltei lá com a minha família e novamente fui mau tratada e desta vez foi muito pior , eu pedi 2 açaí para viagem, um picolé de flocos e utilizei o self-service de sorvete que deu o valor de 10,80 meu marido quando foi pagar a conta deu 75,00 quando ele retornou na mesa me disse eu fui até o balcão reclamar , a mulher me questionou falando que tinha uma pesagem de self-service de 29,80 mas não iria discutir comigo pois eu consumi e não queria pagar, pedi pra que olhassem na câmera e ela disse que não tinha que iria providência para que aquilo não acontece mais , ele manteve a opinião de que eu e minha família tomamos sorvete e não pagamos , não volto lá mais e não recomendo e me arrependo de não ter chamado a polícia e feito um B.O e processar aquele lugar por danos morais .
I went to the ice cream maker that is very close to my house twice the first time I was not well attended by a woman who I don't know her name but I think she is married to the other boy who works there and he attended me very well, which made me wanting to return, yesterday I went back there with my family and again I was treated badly and this time it was much worse, I ordered 2 açaí to go, a flake popsicle and used the self-service ice cream that gave the value of 10.80 my husband when he went to pay the bill he gave 75.00 when he returned at the table said to me I went to the counter to complain, the woman questioned me saying that she had a self-service weight of 29.80 but she would not argue with me because I consumed and he didn’t want to pay, I asked them to look at the camera and she said she didn’t have to do anything to prevent it from happening anymore, he maintained the opinion that my family and I eat ice cream and don’t pay, I don’t go back there and I don’t recommend it and I regret not having called the police and made a B.O and sue that place for moral damages.
