O técnico e proprietário do local chegou para a visita, passou o orçamento no qual aceitamos e logo depois achou um outro problema no qual encareceu 3x o preço do primeiro orçamento. Negamos o novo orçamento e pagamos o preço da visita. Na hora de ir embora o técnico se recusou a montar a geladeira de volta, deixando-a desmontada e com fios cortados. O mesmo falou que para montar de volta seria cobrado o preço de outra visita e que deixaria daquela maneira. Após muita insistência o mesmo montou a geladeira de volta, com indagações.
He refused to assemble the refrigerator back when we declined the quote.
The technician and owner of the site arrived for the visit, gave the quote that we accepted and soon after found another problem in which it increased 3x the price of the first quote. We deny the new budget and pay the price of the visit. When it was time to leave, the technician refused to put the refrigerator back together, leaving it disassembled and with cut wires. The same said that to ride back the price of another visit would be charged and that he would leave it that way. After much insistence, he set up the refrigerator back, with inquiries.
