★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atraso de mais de 5 horas. Isso que só veio porque eu provoquei sobre compromisso marcado no dia anterior, já tinham passado do horário e sequer me deram satisfação, enquanto eu ficava preso em casa, esperando que viessem fazer o serviço.
Diferente dos prestadores de serviço que vieram nos últimos anos, deixaram tudo sujo - não limparam absolutamente nada da sujeira que fizeram.

Delay of more than 5 hours. That only came because I provoked about an appointment scheduled the day before, they had already passed the time and didn't even give me satisfaction, while I was stuck at home, waiting for them to do the job.
Unlike the service providers that came in the last few years, they left everything dirty - they did not clean anything of the dirt they did.

Sotero installed my heater and made an adaptation in the window to pass the hot air duct. I was delighted. Very polite and helpful staff. Competitive price. Excellent service.
