- Os móveis parecem ser modulados e não planejados (E o preço é de planejados).
- A instalação foi um pesadelo. Tiveram de voltar 3 vezes no meu apartamento para corrigir falhas, itens que faltaram, coisas que havíamos combinado na contratação e que não foram entregues... e ainda ficou muita coisa 100% MAL ACABADA OU SEM SER FEITO.
- Instaladores totalmente inexperientes e sem nenhum zelo com acabamentos. Fizeram cortes ridículos nos armários, nenhuma preocupação com fiação, deixaram madeiras tortas... HORROSO! Além de postura péssima do dono... Prometeu mundos e fundos no momento da contratação e deu as caras somente uma vez depois da cagada já feita, pois já estava sem condições... e não resolveu praticamente nada do problema.
Não costumo reclamar e compreendo que problemas acontecem , mas impossível ficar calado e não alertar aos outros sobre a decepção que passei com essa empresa.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.
- The furniture seems to be modulated and unplanned (And the price is planned).
- Installation was a nightmare. They had to come back to my apartment 3 times to correct faults, missing items, things that we had agreed upon in the contract and that were not delivered... and there were still many things that were 100% UNFINISHED OR NOT DONE.
- Totally inexperienced installers and without any care with finishes. They made ridiculous cuts to the cabinets, no worries about wiring, left wood crooked... HORROR! In addition to the owner's terrible posture... He promised worlds and funds at the time of hiring and showed up only once after the mess was already done, because he was already out of conditions... and practically did not solve the problem.
I don't usually complain and I understand that problems happen, but it's impossible to remain silent and not alert others about the disappointment I've been through with this company.

E entregaram o serviço com com problemas e abandonaram a responsabilidade em resolver, estou com o serviço mal feito e sem resolução, não há nenhum compromisso com o consumidor, Triste lidar com esse tipo de empresa!!
Bad company, I just had a headache. The budget and payment were great, thoughtful and helpful, then I had difficulties in performing the services, errors and more errors in the assembly. And they delivered the service with problems and abandoned the responsibility to resolve it, I have a poorly done service and no resolution, there is no commitment to the consumer, It is sad to deal with this type of company!!
