★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que era para ser o maior prazer, se tornou a maior dor de cabeça. Da mesma forma que descobri a empresa por meio da internet, acho relevante compartilhar para que não cometam o mesmo erro que eu. Eu deveria ter consultado antes aqui no Reclame Aqui!
Fechamos o projeto no final de junho, em uma segunda visita - foram tão prestativos e amigáveis depois de um atendimento de horas de um sábado - revisando detalhes do projeto. Prometeram prazos, responsabilidades (e o melhor/pior, expectativas), uma vez que a mudança já estava marcada para a última semana de Agosto. O combinado era de 35 úteis.
Chegou o deadline e fui informado - SEMPRE após cobrar suporte por telefone, WhatsApp e até visita física, seja da atendente que desenhou o projeto ou do proprietário - que o projeto seria dividido em ETAPAS (????).
Resumo da ópera: depois de meses de estresse, desapontamentos, feedbacks constantes expressando nossa decepção - SEM NUNCA RECEBER UM PEDIDO DE DESCULPAS ATÉ O MINUTO QUE FAÇO ESSA AVALIAÇÃO - projeto planejado errado, refações...somente ONTEM, dia 23 de NOVEMBRO, é que a empresa SDP Móveis entregou 100% o combinado, uma vez que o pagamento já estava quitado em Setembro.
Infelizmente, a falta de profissionalismo e relação custo-benefício não compensa.

We closed the project at the end of June, on a second visit - they were so helpful and friendly after a Saturday hours service - reviewing details of the project. They promised deadlines, responsibilities (and the best / worst, expectations), since the change was already scheduled for the last week of August. The combined was 35 useful.
The deadline arrived and I was informed - ALWAYS after charging support by phone, WhatsApp and even physical visit, either from the attendant who designed the project or from the owner - that the project would be divided into STEPS (????).
Opera summary: after months of stress, disappointments, constant feedbacks expressing our disappointment - WITHOUT EVER RECEIVING A REQUEST FOR EXCUSES UNTIL THE MINUTE THAT I DO THIS EVALUATION - wrong planned project, refractions ... only Yesterday, NOVEMBER 23, it is that the company SDP Móveis delivered 100% of the combined amount, since the payment was already settled in September.
Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and cost-effectiveness is not worth it.
