★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento deles só começa às 9 da manhã, se você chegar ao hotel as 5-6 da manhã ficará NA RUA até que alguém tenha a boa vontade de lhe responder no WhatsApp. Eles não são donos do prédio, então não há uma comunicação integrada com a portaria. E só pediram a minha identidade e a da minha companheira, que que ficou meia hora na porta esperando, na hora em que tiveram a boa vontade de responder ao WhatsApp sem nós deixar entrar. Isso tudo depois de chegar cansado de viagem.
Péssimo atendimento, mas o apartamento é arrumado.
Their service only starts at 9 am, if you arrive at the hotel at 5-6 am you will be ON THE STREET until someone has the good will to answer you on WhatsApp. They do not own the building, so there is no integrated communication with the concierge. And they only asked for my identity and that of my partner, who was waiting at the door for half an hour, when they were willing to respond to WhatsApp without letting us in. This all after getting tired of travel.
Bad service, but the apartment is tidy.

A Andrea estava sempre pronta a ajudar e tirar qualquer dúvida. Me respondia sempre muito rápido e extremamente atenciosa e solícita. I stayed there recently and it exceeded all my expectations. Both the apartment and (and especially) the service throughout the process. Andrea was always ready to help and answer any questions. He always responded very quickly and was extremely attentive and helpful. Congratulations to everyone involved and a special 'thank you' to Andrea. I will stay again, for sure!
