★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O resultado não aparece no site. Ligo e ninguém atende. Vou perder a consulta porque não tenho o resultado do exame. Falta de respeito. Vocês não tem humanidade. Já estamos angustiados para receber o resultado e essa falta de comunicação só piora. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ,nao tem responsabilidade nenhuma ,não dão nenhum retorno ,o telefone que eles tem não atende e finalmente fica por isso mesmo ,não sei como uma clínica dessa ainda se mantém de pé com tantas irresponsabilidade que eles tem com o próximo, é lamentável!!
Bad service, they have no responsibility, they don't give any return, the phone they have doesn't answer and finally it's the same, I don't know how a clinic like this still stands with so much irresponsibility they have with the next one, it's unfortunate !!

If I had known how neglectful it is, I would never have done anything to you. Shame! Waiting for the results of the exams and nothing yet, not even my registration they did. Never again, TERRIBLE experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Deveriam ter mais atenção na comunicação com o cliente, pois os clientes já estão angustiados com o possível resultado do exame. Depois de dois dias de atraso no resultado on line, tentei um dia inteiro para conseguir contato via telefone e nada. Aí quando liguei para o número do FAX, me atenderam e disseram que iam ver com a digitação, mas a digitação também não atendia. PALHAÇADA! O atendimento presencial quando fui deixar o material foi OK, mas esse descaso na hora do resultado é um absurdo! Revejam!
Bad experience. They should pay more attention to customer communication, as customers are already distressed by the possible outcome of the exam. After two days of delay in the online result, I tried a whole day to get contact via phone and nothing. Then when I called the FAX number, they answered me and said that they would check with the typing, but the typing also didn't answer. CLOWN! The face-to-face service when I went to drop off the material was OK, but this neglect at the time of the result is absurd! Review!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência na entrega de resultado. Disseram que meu resultado iria sair dia 11-05 e até hoje (16-05) o mesmo não está pronto. Telefone não deve existir nesse laboratório, pq a pessoa liga diversas vezes e ninguém atende.
Já tem um mês que eu fiz o procedimento e até agora nada do resultado.
Essa empresa precisa melhorar e muito no setor de atendimento. Completa falta de respeito com os pacientes.
Bad experience in delivering results. They said my result would come out on the 11-05th and until today (16-05) it is not ready. Telephone must not exist in this laboratory, because the person calls several times and no one answers.
It's been a month since I had the procedure and so far no results.
This company needs to improve a lot in the service sector. Complete lack of respect for patients.
