★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom, porém os veterinários mudam com uma frequência muito grande, cada vez q vou é uma pessoa diferente, acho ruim, pois não passa segurança, para quem leva seu animal, para ter cuidados, ambiente limpo, preços acessíveis para região.
Good care, but the veterinarians change very often, every time I go it's a different person, I think it's bad, because it doesn't pass on security, for those who take their animal, to have care, a clean environment, affordable prices for the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O veterinário nem tinha examinado e já estava falando dos preços do medicamento que ia dar e prečo do exame. Não tinha nem encostado minha gata nem feito exame como já sabia o remédio que ia dar. Dia 14/12 cheguei com a minha gata fraça pq fazia dois dias que não comia ficou lá o dia todo trouxe minha gata pra casa tipo dopada nenhuma melhora e no dia 15/12 minha morreu . Ficou bem claro que a preocupação era receber e não com a melhora minha gata . Sempre vou na clinica 24 horas no centro de Itaquera mais dessa vez quis conhecer outro lugar. E fiquei com a saudade e dor da minha gata.
The veterinarian hadn't even examined and was already talking about the prices of the medication he was going to give and the price of the exam. I hadn't even touched my cat or taken an exam, as I already knew the medicine I was going to give. On 12/14 I arrived with my frail cat because it had been two days since I had eaten, she stayed there all day I brought my cat home, type drugged, no improvement and on 12/15 my cat died. It was very clear that the concern was to receive and not to improve my cat. I always go to the 24-hour clinic in the center of Itaquera, but this time I wanted to see another place. And I was left with the longing and pain of my cat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no dia 11/03 e fui muito bem atendida, local limpo e vazio no horário das 15h. Dra Mariana Rosa foi muito atenciosa e gentil, juntamente de sua auxiliar. Recomendo a clínica!
I went on 03/11 and was very well attended, clean and empty place at 3pm. Dr Mariana Rosa was very attentive and kind, along with her assistant. I recommend the clinic!

I loved the place, I was well attended from the screening to the consultation with Dr Caio. He was super attentive to my kittens and solved all my doubts with all patience. I didn't regret going and my babies became a client. ♥ ️
