★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Não têm qualquer profissionalismo. Eu marquei com antecedência, confirmei dia e horário! Em cima da hora, quase no horário do atendimento, entraram em contato cancelando. Já me prejudicou a programação dos meus horários, se avisassem mais cedo, não teria problema, mas… Bom, resolvi relevar o “imprevisto” e marcar novamente. Pois no dia marcado, mandei msg confirmando, afinal, não queria perder tempo novamente, e simplesmente sumiram! Não entraram em contato, não responderam minha msg… simplesmente ignoraram ou esqueceram que tinham marcado. Enfim, o pessoal desse “estabelecimento comercial” não tem um pingo de profissionalismo e não estão nem ai para o seu agendamento. Não recomendo a ninguém!
EDIT: O fato aconteceu SIM! E não foi com nenhuma terapeuta feminina, foi com um masculino… Que, aliás, acho que era o único que atendia aí, o que torna bem mais fácil averiguar a veracidade do ocorrido! Não são profissionais e ainda tem o cinismo de chamar o cliente de mentiroso.

EDIT: The fact happened YES! And it was not with any female therapist, it was with a male… Which, by the way, I think was the only one who attended there, which makes it much easier to ascertain the truth of what happened! Não usou creme adquado e sua postura não era de um terapeuta. O local não é indicado para quem deseja uma massagem terapêutica, mas sim com outros propósitos .
There was no clean disposable sheet. The person who attended me did not have the technique or knowledge of the massage he proposed. He was not a professional trained in massage therapy much less shiatsu. He did not use proper cream and his posture was not that of a therapist. The place is not suitable for those who want a therapeutic massage, but for other purposes.

Fiz a excelente massagem mix e desde então quando bate aquele stress, aquela vontade de aliviar a mente e revigorar o corpo, lá estou para mais uma maravilhosa sessão. Recomendo o Espaço Rosas, que além de oferecer o que há de melhor no mercado de massagens, com um ambiente limpo, organizado e bom gosto ímpares, pratica-se ali valores absolutamente justos, numa demonstração clara de respeito para seus clientes.
About a year ago I met Espaço Rosas and was treated there on that first occasion, especially by its manager, Fabi, whom I had the pleasure of knowing, with the greatest affection, respect and care. Fui atendida pela terapeuta Agatha, com quem fiz massagem relaxante e ventosaterapia, e fiquei extremamente satisfeita com o resultado. A Agatha demonstrou ter muito conhecimento técnico e experiência, além de ser uma pessoa muito educada, gentil e atenciosa (e fez milagres desatando os nós de tensão estacionados em minhas costas...rsrs). I got to know Espaço Rosas through the recommendation of a friend and I was delighted with the service, the high level of professionalism and the pleasant and cozy atmosphere. I was attended by the therapist Agatha, with whom I had relaxing massage and wind therapy, and I was extremely satisfied with the result. A sorte é que não paguei antecipado, se não teria jogado meu dinheiro no lixo. Não recomendo pra ninguém, um total descaso com o cliente
Extremely bad experience, I made an appointment for 05/14/2022 and arrived at the place it was closed. Nobody warned anything that they wouldn't open on Saturday, I didn't have any warning. Luckily I didn't pay in advance, otherwise I would have thrown my money in the trash. I don't recommend it to anyone, a total disregard for the customer
