★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos os meses você tem que ficar pedindo pelo boleto de pagamento de aluguel, parece impossível para eles fazerem um trabalho correto e enviar o boleto no dia que está no contrato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam. Não há seriedade. É lamentável a sua falta de ética e honestidade. Fiz uma proposta para compra de um imóvel comercial. Quando visitei a sala e fiz uma proposta de compra não havia nenhum comprador. Foi aceita verbalmente minha proposta, pediram para formalizar. Aí nos deparamos com alguns fatos estranhos. Medida anunciada do imóvel é superior ao que realmente está na matrícula, um certo inventário obscuro. Após a proposta formalizada, várias desculpas, nenhum retorno. Liguei na imobiliária perguntando pela sala. Tive notícia, que a venda seria assinada no sábado agora dia 27/10. Tudo isso causado pelo Sr. Eduardo Gerente de vendas.

When I visited the room and made a purchase proposal, there was no buyer. My proposal was verbally accepted, they asked to formalize it. There we come across some strange facts. The advertised measure of the property is higher than what is actually registered, a certain obscure inventory. After the formalized proposal, several apologies, no return. I called the estate agent asking about the room. I had news, that the sale would be signed on Saturday now day 27/10. All of this caused by Mr. Eduardo Sales Manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos inquilinos por essa imobiliária, e a experiência foi horrível. Desde o primeiro atendimento, a corretora foi fria e sem boa vontade. A assistência durante dos 12 meses de aluguel foi horrível e na saída outra experiência ruim. enfim, eles só olham o lado do proprietário.
We were tenants for this real estate company, and the experience was horrible. From the first call, the broker was cold and without good will. The assistance during the 12 months of rent was horrible and on the way out another bad experience. anyway, they only look at the owner's side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de alugar, a corretora era um exemplo de simpatia. Na hora de fazer a vistoria, estava mal vestida, tratou minha esposa mal, e fizeram pouco caso. Não tem minha indicação para NADA....nem pra aluguel nem pra compra de imóveis, e se perguntarem pra mim dessa imobiliária, direi para fugir...nem na hora de emitir o boleto do aluguel, que é interesse DELES, eles faziam, tinha que sempre solicitar. UM DESCASO COM QUEM FAZ NEGÓCIOS. FUJAM DESSA IMOBILIÁRIA....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem com a única obrigação deles que é mandar o boleto do aluguel antes do vencimento! E sim, esfolam o inquilino na entrega do imóvel com a desculpa que está fazendo o que o proprietário faria. Na hora de alugar é tudo uma maravilha mas depois o atendimento é péssimo.
They do not comply with their only obligation, which is to send the payment slip before the due date! And yes, they skin the tenant upon delivery of the property with the excuse that they are doing what the landlord would do. When it comes to renting everything is wonderful, but after that, the service is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado! Eles esfolam o inquilino na devolução do apartamento.
Pra alugar o apartamento foi fácil. Pra devolver, eles fazem de tudo para prejudicar o inquilino.
Morei mais de 5 anos em um apartamento, devolvi melhor do que quando peguei (devolvi com a pintura nova, torneiras revisadas, box no banheiro e um varal que não estavam lá quando entrei).
Quando solicitei a vistoria de entrega, demoraram mais de 2 semanas pra me responder, disseram que era obrigatória a minha presença mesmo quando eu informei que tive um resfriado e gostaria de não ir presencialmente, tudo pra alongar o processo o máximo possível e agora estão cobrando o aluguel do período todo (até do período que eles não responderam!!!)
Watch out! They skin the tenant when the apartment is returned.
To rent the apartment was easy. To return, they do everything to harm the tenant.
I lived in an apartment for over 5 years, I returned it better than when I got it (I returned it with new paint, revised taps, a shower stall in the bathroom and a clothesline that weren't there when I entered).
When I requested the delivery inspection, they took more than 2 weeks to answer me, they said that my presence was mandatory even when I informed that I had a cold and would like not to go in person, everything to lengthen the process as much as possible and now they are charging the rent for the entire period (even the period they didn't answer!!!)
