★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como a grande maioria dos centros de estética no Spa Soul Aclimação tbm tentam te empurrar a qualquer custo os pacotes de tratamentos. Fui fazer uma simples limpeza de pele com peeling de diamante, a esteticista foi bem prestativa mas demonstrou pouca prática e destreza(até para extração requer prática e destreza). Peguei uma promoção então não me arrependi muito, fiquei com um pouco insegura pelo atendimento por isso não sei se voltaria, talvez.
Like the vast majority of aesthetics centers at Spa Soul Aclimação, they also try to push treatment packages at any cost. I went to do a simple skin cleaning with diamond peeling, the beautician was very helpful but showed little practice and dexterity (even for extraction it requires practice and dexterity). I got a promotion so I didn't really regret it, I was a little unsure about the service so I don't know if I would come back, maybe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o ambiente barulhento e cheio de pessoas vendendo Mary Kay, etc. Não é um SPA. Existem outras clínicas de estética muito melhores. A massagem relaxante não era nada além de carinho, parecia que a profissional estava com preguiça. Apenas a limpeza de pele foi boa.
I found the environment noisy and full of people selling Mary Kay, etc. It is not a SPA. There are many better aesthetic clinics. The relaxing massage was nothing more than affection, it seemed that the professional was too lazy. Only the skin cleansing was good.

Péssimo atendimento , desorganização completa dos funcionários ao marcarem/agendarem procedimento. Não erraram nem 1 nem 2 vezes ao marcar horário pra mim. Chego no dia e horário marcado e falam que não está marcado . Discutem com cliente , sem respeito e educação com o cliente .
Clínica péssima .
Faz 3 anos que estou fazendo remoção de tatuagem e a tatoo não apaga. Laser fraco ou ruim .
Trabalham com equipamento alugado , nunca tem disponibilidade com o equipamento , que raramente está na clínica .
Local de credibilidade duvidosa .
CAUTION !!
Bad service, complete disorganization of employees when scheduling / scheduling procedure. They didn't make a mistake 1 or 2 times when making an appointment for me. I arrive at the scheduled time and day and say that is not scheduled. They argue with client, without respect and education with client.
Bad clinic.
I have been doing tattoo removal for 3 years now, and tatoo has not gone out. Weak or bad laser.
They work with rented equipment, never have availability with equipment, which is rarely in the clinic.
Place of doubtful credibility.
