Com a unificação dessas práticas, surgiu nossa metodologia de ensino: o método iTantra. Uma metodologia inclusiva que facilita o desenvolvimento do aluno, independentemente da sua experiência dentro do universo do Yoga e da Meditação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local de refúgio para desconectar do caos da cidade grande, São Paulo. Minhas práticas de yoga e meditação no Studio Integral eram sempre após a jornada de trabalho, onde eu conseguia recarregar as energias além de cuidar do corpo, mente e alma.
Frequentei o studio por mais de anos e, apesar de ter mudado de estado, é possível acompanhar as atividades de meditação mesmo a distância e com uma pandemia. Só tenho gratidão pelos profissionais que atuam e atuaram no Studio por meio das orientações da Wal Nunes. Recomendo a experiência e/ ou vivência:))
Place of refuge to disconnect from the chaos of the big city, São Paulo. My yoga and meditation practices at Studio Integral were always after the workday, where I could recharge my energies in addition to taking care of my body, mind and soul.
I attended the studio for more than years and, despite having moved to another state, it is possible to follow the meditation activities even from a distance and with a pandemic. I only have gratitude for the professionals who work and worked at the Studio through the guidelines of Wal Nunes. I recommend the experience and/or experience :))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além da prática física, que vai do básico ao avançado e passa por diversos estilos - hatha yoga, vinyasa power e flow, tantra yoga e kalari (uma arte marcial milenar indiana) - o Studio Integral também oferece práticas de pranayama (exercícios para controle de respiração), meditação e uma introdução à filosofia do yoga: e se quiser ir mais a fundo na filosofia, ainda tem a formação, que fiz e recomendo muito! Em resumo, não importa o seu nível, você sempre vai estar se desafiando e ao mesmo tempo relaxando, aprendendo e se encontrando! E tudo isso por um ótimo custo benefício!
In addition to physical practice, which ranges from basic to advanced and goes through different styles - hatha yoga, vinyasa power and flow, tantra yoga and kalari (an ancient Indian martial art) - Studio Integral also offers pranayama practices (exercises to control breathing), meditation and an introduction to the philosophy of yoga: and if you want to go deeper into the philosophy, you still have the training, which I did and highly recommend! In short, no matter your level, you will always be challenging yourself and at the same time relaxing, learning and finding yourself! And all this for a great cost benefit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente maravilhoso e acolhedor, no Studio Integral foi a minha primeira experiencia com o Yoga, comecei com as praticas Online, e mesmo sendo a distancia e nunca ter praticado Yoga consegui ter um avanço muito bom nas praticas com a mentoria da Mestra Wal Nunes. A pratica no Studio vai muito além do corpo fisico, fez total diferença na minha vida em questão de autoestima, confiança, foco, concentração e disciplina. Recomendo demais o Studio Integral SP, ótimos professores e uma disponibilidade de horarios muito boa para se adequar a sua rotina.
Wonderful and welcoming environment, at Studio Integral it was my first experience with Yoga, I started with Online practices, and even though I was at a distance and had never practiced Yoga I managed to have a very good advance in practices with the mentorship of Master Wal Nunes. The practice at Studio goes far beyond the physical body, it made a total difference in my life in terms of self-esteem, confidence, focus, concentration and discipline. I highly recommend Studio Integral SP, great teachers and a very good availability of hours to suit your routine.
