E ainda cortou de qualquer jeito, não prestava atenção no que estava fazendo, estava prestando atenção na cadeira do cliente do lado que não era nem dela. Paguei caro para um serviço ruim. Pode até ser um bom salão, mas não para corte. Não volto mais lá.

And he cut it anyway, he didn't pay attention to what he was doing, he was paying attention to the client's chair on the side that wasn't even hers. I paid dearly for poor service. It may even be a good salon, but not for cutting. I'm not going back there.

I spent a good amount to unify the color of my root with my hair and they stained even more!!! Now I have to pay triple the amount to undo the mess they did to my hair. I left there crying with disgust to look at myself in the mirror. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!
