Fui ameaçada de processo por estar sendo “hostil” em um email que enviei para eles, onde relato o péssimo atendimento deles com os cliente e desejando que eles melhorem porque são PÉSSIMOS e nem avisam quando os meios de comunicação alteram. temos que adivinhar e falar com as paredes.
Ameaça de processo, vamos ver se quando eles são “expostos” eles conseguem se retratar.

I was threatened with prosecution for being “hostile” in an email I sent to them, where I report their terrible service with customers and wishing them to improve because they are Lousy and do not even notice when the media change. we have to guess and talk to the walls.

Me fizeram perder pelo menos 20 dias para no final não aprovarem o meu fiador. O corretor que contatamos foi muito atencioso, profissional e simpático mas, na minha opinião, ele está trabalhando para a empresa errada.
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. The impression is that brokers and financial "do not speak the same language." They made me lose at least 20 days to the end do not approve my guarantor. The broker we contacted was very attentive, professional and friendly but, in my opinion, he's working for the wrong company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um imóvel locado com a Spazio C e meu inquilino avisou que iria desocupar o imóvel por consequência da pandemia que fez a renda dele cair drasticamente, mas a imobiliária sugeriu uma maneira excelente que ele pudesse pagar e eu não ficar no prejuízo. Foi muito conveniente para ambos. Nesse momento seria muito prejudicial para mim perder essa renda. Sou muito agradecido e com certeza indico esses profissionais. Parabéns!!!

Imagine: somos em 5 irmãos, mais esposas. Imagine a quantidade de documentos... Partindo da corretora - Sra. Eliete e do executivo da empresa, Sr. Renê, pessoas educadas, éticas e profissionais, deu tudo certo, com o Sr. Renê se desdobrando para ir resolvendo os problemas que iam surgindo. E isso com a Pandemia atrapalhando o funcionamento de Cartórios.
