★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperava mais .... quase tive que implorar para um corretor me atender. Precisei até falar com a gerente de locação. Fui visitar os imóveis e fiz proposta. Me disseram que tinha um outro cliente antes, pedi retorno e estou esperando até hoje.
I expected more .... I almost had to beg a broker to assist me. I even needed to speak to the location manager. I went to visit the properties and made a proposal. I was told that I had another client before, I asked for a return and I am waiting until today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento inicial do Gabriel foi excelente. Depois de uma lista extensa de problemas no apartamento, tudo ficou diferente. 90 dias de raiva. Após uma conversa com Daniel Alvarenga, o proprietário, ficou fácil entender porque do descaso de todos. Pelo menos os funcionários não são grosseiros e mal educados quanto ele.
Gabriel's initial service was excellent. After an extensive list of problems in the apartment, everything was different. 90 days of anger. After a conversation with Daniel Alvarenga, the owner, it was easy to understand why everyone cared. At least the employees are not as rude and impolite as he is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É fácil responder bonitinho aqui... Fácil dizer que está tudo resolvido, e, de fato, agora está. Difícil foi ficar 90 dias sendo ignorado e ainda ser tratado com desdém e descaso ao telefone pelo proprietário... Sobre o técnico, ele deve ter ficado mesmo bem chateado comigo ao ponto de me fazer favores e outros serviços extras e adicionais. Quanto ao comentário de não conseguirem acertar nos melhores clientes, enviei vários e-mails pedindo para resolver o problema, ou disponibilizar outro imóvel ou até cancelar o contrato e me deixar procurar por outro imóvel. Infelizmente, eu que fui obrigado a ficar com vocês. Sobre o meu comentário aqui, vou deixá-lo e não atender ao pedido feito por WhatsApp para que eu retire, porque vi que não sou o único que pensa assim. Talvez, vocês melhorem a postura ou os comentários (meu e de outros) ajudem aos novos interessados.

Unfortunately, I was forced to stay with you. Perhaps, you will improve your posture or comments (mine and others) will help new stakeholders.
