★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio novo em Mogi das Cruzes, excelente localização, perto de tudo, inclusive do Ginásio Municipal de Mogi das Cruzes, casa do basquete da cidade. Apartamentos bem divididos, amplos, boa estrutura, pronto para morar. Ambiente organizado, limpo e familiar. Estacionamento de fácil acesso para a entrada e saída do condomínio, área de lazer com quadra, piscina, parque, salão de festas. Gostei bastante do local, só tenho um reparo a fazer: na quadra poliesportiva poderia ter as duas traves para futsal e as duas tabelas para basquete, uma de cada lado, pois hoje temos somente uma tabela de um lado e uma trave do outro. Isso me deixou um pouco confusa na hora de utilizar o espaço. Como faremos o uso total do espaço? Se alguém do condomínio pudesse responder seria grata. Caso tenha os materiais no espaço, coloquem para uso e caso não o tenham, providenciem para um melhor proveito da quadra, é interessante que o ambiente esteja composto pelos elementos gerais dele. Fora essa notificação, o Spazio está de parabéns.
 New condo in Mogi das Cruzes, excellent location, close to everything, including the Municipal Gym of Mogi das Cruzes, home of the city's basketball. Apartments well divided, spacious, good structure, ready to live. Organized, clean and familiar environment. Easy access parking for the entrance and exit of the condominium, leisure area with court, swimming pool, park, ballroom. I really liked the place, I only have one repair to make: on the multi-sports court I could have two goal posts for futsal and two backboards for basketball, one on each side, because today we only have one backboard on one side and a crossbar on the other. This left me a little confused when using the space. How will we make full use of the space? If anyone from the condominium could respond, I would be grateful. If you have the materials in the space, put them to use and if you don't have them, provide them for a better use of the court, it is interesting that the environment is composed of its general elements. Apart from this notification, Spazio is to be congratulated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local muito bom, gosto muito de morar aqui. Bastante diversão pra criançada, bem localizado, ainda conhecendo os moradores ainda, mas parecem ser bem legais também.
Very good place, I really like living here. Lots of fun for the kids, well located, still getting to know the locals, but they seem to be pretty cool too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gosto de fazer entrega lá, demora demais, um dia passei tanto tempo na portaria esperando o cliente, e quando voltei para o restaurante já tinha outro motoboy no meu lugar.
I don't like to deliver there, it takes too long, one day I spent so much time at the concierge waiting for the customer, and when I returned to the restaurant I already had another motoboy in my place.
