Apesar de ter uma portaria 24 horas e pagarmos um condomínio mais caro do que em alguns condomínios de alto padrão, tive a minha moto roubada, isso que o ladrão aparece em todas as câmeras chega até acenar para uma delas, sai empurrando a moto e teve o alarme da cerca elétrica disparado o porteiro foi incapaz de ver tudo isso acontecendo ( e se vc acha que é uma área grande não é) o condomínio se recusou a pagar o seguro e demonstra uma enorme falta de interesse em cooperar para ajudar a resolver o problema. Não é um bom lugar para morar, não é um bom lugar em geral
The worst place I've ever lived in my life. Despite having a 24-hour concierge and we pay a more expensive condominium than in some high-end condominiums, I had my bike stolen, that's what the thief shows up on all the cameras, even waving at one of them, pushing the bike out and had the electric fence alarm went off the doorman was unable to see all of this happening (and if you think it's a large area isn't it) the condo has refused to pay the insurance and shows a huge lack of interest in cooperating to help resolve the problem. It's not a good place to live, it's not a good place in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um ótimo condomínio, bonito, tranquilo, limpo e com uma excelente segurança. Muito calmo e sem barulho, os apartamentos são ótimos para receber sol e ventos, o clima é agradável. E possui lugar para o lazer. E muito bem localizado.
A great condominium, beautiful, quiet, clean and with excellent security. Very quiet and noise-free, the apartments are great for sun and wind, the weather is pleasant. And it has a place for leisure. And very well located.
