The location is good. It is 3 Km from the Center, 1 Km from Shopping Cidade Norte. There is a lane next to it. Also a supermarket wholesaler and retailer nearby. It has play area for children, gourmet area. The garden is well maintained. Quiet place to live.

Os vizinhos eram um pouco chatos naquela época, eu odiava o dia de passar veneno kkk
Aparecia tanta barata por todo lado, eu não acho ruim porque eles limpavam tudo, era tudo limpinho.
Recomendo, pra quem for morar neste condomínio, uma dica, se divirta, tem área de lazer, só falto uma piscina kkk
I've lived for almost 6 months if I'm not mistaken.
The neighbors were a little boring at the time, I hated the poisoning day kkk
It looked so cheap everywhere, I don't think it's bad because they cleaned everything, it was all clean.
I recommend, for those who live in this condominium, a tip, have fun, have recreation area, just missing a pool kkk
