Marquei no primeiro horário do dia exatamente porque não podia ficar muito tempo, fui a primeira a chegar e tive que sair da cadeira de atendimento para dar lugar à outra pessoa que chegou depois mas tinha marcado com a atendente que Estava ali para me atender!
Fui informada de que a pessoa que iria me atender originalmente estava presa no engarrafamento, mesmo que eu não tenha marcado com ninguém específico pois era minha primeira vez ali.
Esperei por 1 hora até que outra atendente chegou e foi tomar café! Enquanto eu ainda estava ali esperando. Levantei e expliquei que eu estava há uma hora esperando e saí, sem nem um pedido de desculpas de ninguém ali.
Bad service and neglect! I made an appointment at the first time of the day exactly because I couldn't stay long, I was the first to arrive and I had to leave the attendance chair to make room for the other person who arrived later but had arranged with the attendant who was there to answer me!
I was informed that the person who was going to see me originally was stuck in the traffic jam, even though I didn't make an appointment with anyone specific because it was my first time there.
I waited for 1 hour until another attendant arrived and went to have coffee! While I was still there waiting. I got up and explained that I had been waiting for an hour and left, without an apology from anyone there.

Tem que ir com bastante tempo porque é um relaxamento para os pés.

Resolvi ir e fiquei impressionado com a qualidade do atendimento e do profissionalismo da Dona Sandra e da Débora (podóloga que me atendeu). Apesar da dor que eu sentia, a Débora foi super eficiente e retirou o que causava a infecção muito zelo e rapidez. Em dois dias meu pé estava bom novamente. Parabéns a estes profissionais que fazem a diferença em nossa vida. Parabéns Equipe do "Spé, O Spa do Pé - Ingá".
I sought the foot podology at the Spa on the recommendation of my wife. I had my nail stuck and in a lot of pain. I decided to go and I was impressed with the quality of the service and the professionalism of Dona Sandra and Débora (podiatrist who attended me). Despite the pain I felt, Débora was super efficient and removed what caused the infection very carefully and quickly. In two days my foot was fine again.
